They're very respectful very helpful very professional. They had worked with me However , I asked... location is pretty good not too far from interstate 95. I have to post more about the staff that Work here I feel they had bent over backwards to help you. It is also very quiet here. Nobody bothers you what so ever. I don't remember all their names i'll repeat they helped me. I felt very comfortable so much as I stayed month. But I can't boast enough about the staff. Everybody I met here were more than polite kind and courteous and beyond helpful. As I didn't have an adapter for the plug. I didn't have it adapted for the waist line. And they helped me out with both which was very nice. Nothing but immediate. help. Also, they're at office. They have all kinds of products to purchase as in .... Wait waste lines. You know snacks drinks. Also. View laundry was very nice up-to-date.Very nice machines and dryers very clean and it was perfect Coins don't have to download no apps. But again they are Very kind courteous and professional, also respectful very helpful. Any issue that I had? Which is with my vehicle. It was basically immediate to help me with my situations. That was very big for therefore I stayed a month thus far. I would recommend a stay here to all. to anybody. That likes quiet and no trailer parks treats you stear clear of... I do not have a complaint, not have I had a bad moment here again. All I can say is the women that work in the office are so accommodating to any need. To add to anything that I had asked they worked with me and actually i appreciated it again. I recommend it to anybody. What kind & caring staff they have here. Nice people! I'd like to just say not once was. I bothered by anybody not once was i approached by undesirables, I'll say.. No way not once was I annoyed nor had a bad moment here. I cannot say enough about how they accommodated me. Issues i had with my mercedes benz. I've brought to them, which was not their problem. From what I see, they basically have everything you possibly need .Electric water sewer waste line also seen showers laundry or what I see what's going on. But I didn't need that. May God bless them here at the hollywood koa. Sincerely, Thank you. R. Lockwood

We only stayed one night coming thru to Key West, I would not have wanted to stay any longer. Positive note: it was quieter at night than I expected. The customer service was good. We were upgraded to a pullthru site which was very helpful. The cons: location, site size. Our RV GPS directions getting there led us down some tight, low tree branch areas, not ideal. The campground is literally squeezed between a shady looking neighborhood, I did not feel safe. My dog was almost attacked by a large , unleashed dog walking thru the campground. Luckily, the owner was able to grab it.

The reviews worried me as well, but this isn't a bad place to stay for a few days. Ya, it's not a resort. Plus, there really isn't much of an alternative in the area besides TY park which is always full, and another KOA a few miles away with the same rating. The lady in the office was very nice and accommodating, we have full hookup and that is what matters

Yes it’s a little tight getting around, but doable. RV parks in the city are practically non-existent so we didn’t expect wide open spaces. This was perfect for our 2 night stay - we were traveling with our dog to visit family at the beach. The staff was very friendly, the bathrooms were locked and clean, the camp store was well stocked, and there were laundry facilities but we did not need to utilize. The sites had patios with nice furniture, a fire pit and a grill. The dog relief area was pretty small and had bags and a waste receptacle, but I left the park anyway to give the dog a little more walk time. My husband stepped in dog crap right by our spot but KOA can’t be held responsible idiots who feel they are above following rules and don’t care about anyone else. Don’t be afraid of negative reviews. This place is perfectly fine.
