Stayed here for 8 months because it’s literally the best RV spot around town! Restrooms and showers are so clean and the laundry machines are high tech leaving my clothes so clean. The sites are spacious and the location is so perfect because you’re not far from Farmington or Shiprock. The price to stay here is such a great deal too. The best part of this stay was the host! She’s such a sweet hard worker who really keeps the place clean and safe. We’re going to miss her so much! We felt totally safe and well taken care of. She puts her heart into this place and it really shows. The RV lot is also very quiet and well kept. So book it! You won’t regret it. We’ll be back for sure! Thanks for everything Homestead RV!

Currently in price despite with owner. The office was closed when we got here so I filled out the paper and paid the $42 tax included with CC. And deposited in front door slot. She came out a few hours later and told me the new rate is $49 + tax + fees. And this what she charged my card. I will be entering a dispute with Discovercard for over charging, with out my authorization.

My stay wasn't enjoyable! Water was rusted and front desk lady had an attitude bout my visit parking space, there was no good customer service just complaining alot.

It's not as bad as the previous reviews! Yes, it's gravel rock, but if you want concrete or grass, you're probably in the wrong freaking state! New Mexico is a sandy place, so set your expectations correctly and you'll have a fine stay. Homestead was referred to us from another park that didn't have room for us. And we're happy to be here. The owner is the nicest ever. Easy pull through 50 amp, fhu in the middle of the park. We're 43ft 5th wheel toy hauler, stayed in site 24 in the middle of park. Plenty of room to unload motorcycle after setting up.
