Wonderful park! Mr.Andersen keeps it well-run, a pretty & peaceful place where both permanent & snowbird seniors find him & the neighbors good company. It's also convenient, located close to picturesque old Homestead downtown, & many interesting areas of southeast Florida.

Just a great, quiet rv retirement pk,owner Robert is kind and very active for a manof his age, he does everything, mows lawn, distributes mail and is always willing to help with anything. If you're 55 and over and have no kids ( which is fine) and that's because when you get to our age peace and quiet, sure gran kids can always vist and stay over. Mr. Andersen is really sweet and helpful! He runs a tight ship, keeps everything clean and nice. The people here are super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this park for senior citizens.

Tried to rent for RV, but this is a 55 and older community.... Currently only monthly rentals available. It looks and sounds excellent.

Nice little park for the buck. Adults only, no time frame as to how long you can stay. Only negative thing for us is that our views are the back end of other RVs

Clean park very organized mr Anderson the owner is very strict in order, keeps everything in check. Would recommend to anyone looking for a mellow quite clean place. Reasonable rates.
