I am an out-of-state Wyoming transplant who landed in Lyman at Homestead Village six months ago. I am very pleased with my new home. First and foremost, I want to say that our new maintenance man, CJ, is exceptional. Higher management responds quickly to maintenance requests and CJ is a consumate professional. His broad-knowledge, innate skill and excellent workmanship gets the job done right first-time, every-time. And all with a soft-spoken humility and care for the tenant's safety. Thanks CJ! I enjoy that Homestead Village is a quiet, peaceful, clean and well-maintained community. As far as looking for a place to rent, there is a large selection of both new and older homes of different sizes to choose from. Lot space is large and I feel the lot fee and rental costs are quite fair and reasonable. Homestead Village has an excellent location within walking distance to parks, schools, library, post office and just about anything you might need. Lastly, higher management is responsive, helpful and amenable. I feel valued as a tenant. I would have no reservations recommending Homestead Village as your new home.

Can't get a answer on phone 3 time regarding renting that sad it takes a friend that lives there to get returned call from management the application fee is $40 for renting from this place they just take your money and do nothing until a friend helps.

Does anyone even work at the office. Have been trying to get in touch with someone for days. Phone voicemail is full so you can't even leave a message. Not impressed.
