What a great place! It's very quiet and a really nice pool, aera. The people were very friendly and had no issues parking the boat. Not far from any restaurants or places to get bait.

This is a nice campground with a pool which is however a little bit too hot to cool off after a hot day. Nevertheless, they have a pool which is always a plus. The campground is one mile from Ellie Schiller Homosassa Springs State Park. It is mainly used for longer term stays we guess, but we were there just out of season. We stayed for two nights only. Still room for improvement though 🙂 hereby some recommendations: - The tiles around the pool were slippery even when dry. My eight year old daughter glided away and hurt herself falling while just stepping out of the pool. I glided away myself as well without falling. It would be better to have other non slippery tiles. - The bathroom doors were locked with a code day and night. Why? If you do this after 11pm perhaps… The (right) code at the ladies room did not work, causing the ladies room becoming inaccessible, even for staff we saw. I would advice only to active the code at night if you must. - An electra hole in the ground next to our site was uncovered causing a possible danger if you step into it. Better to cover it as soon as possible. The campground is subject to a little flooding with high tide, but it did not disturb us. There is a propane refill possibility, but when we were there it was out of service: due to previous flooding a part needed to be replaced and it had not arrived yet after a week. The lady at the reception gave us clear instructions to get it elsewhere off the campground, which was helpful. Overall a nice campground with good facilities.

Great place to stay a while. Customer service is outstanding , showers well maintained and clean with a large laundry room that is shared with the public. Caution: Bring your card to pay for washing because coins or cash are not accepted. Big rigs beware... the roads are tight but not impossible to maneuver, but sites are wide.
