It could use a bit of maintenance. The entrance gate abit out dated. The entrance pavement needs a lot of patching up it's got a lot of pot holes, the streets to the mobile park need to repaved. The outside sign needs a touch up. The sign is faded needs some fresh paint on it. Last time I went to visit a friend the grass was to high on both sides of the gate. I was fighting of mosquitos trying to wait for my friend to open the gate. If they kept the grass around the gate cut maybe there wouldn't be so many mosquitoes 🦟 around the gate. They definitely need to update their sign by the street, it's a business residential, at list give it a paint touch up, shows how much they care about the business you're sign is old & faded can hardly make up out what it says until you're right in front of it. They're lots of drugs being sold in the trailer park, people threatening their neighbors with guns, I think they should be asked to move it they have had many complaints towards the same person cuzzing trouble. They're just waiting for a disaster to happen. The owner must not be aware of what's going on or doesn't care, they definitely need to put some updates on the sign to their business, and the pavement , too many pot holes, they just patch where the entrance is.

The driveway needs updating the outside sign needs a fresh paint , I went to visit a friend a few times the gate wouldn't open so I could get out. I had to wait on a person living there to open the gate so I could drive away. Theirs so many drugs being exchanged in the trailer park and neighbors in confrontations it's crazy living there.
