Spectacular RV site, clean facilities with no pay showers, an bathrooms located in 3 different location. Laundry available in all three locations, a pool and hot tub available for spring, summer and part of the fall. Extended stay has propane tank service and stort term has an on site fill area. This location is safe and very well maintained, and the staff and mangers are amazing. Thank you so much Yvonne and Ed for all that you do.

Nice clean park with long pull thru's. Good mini Mart and the gal that checked me in was super nice. The laundry room was clean and all the machines worked. Will stay here again.

Excellent RV park with spacious sites, trees for shade, grass thats actually green in the summer, laundry rooms that are well maintained, a nice pool, hot tub, pet areas, mini mart, propane. Friendly and helpful staff. The park is quiet, clean and well maintained.

For the most part, this campground is really nice. We were in town for work at Columbia, and this is the closest campground at under a 20 min drive. We never had any issues with power, water, noise, or any of the other things that typically make a place unenjoyable. Due to our work extending, we ended up having to move a couple times. One of the spots was perfectly level, though the other 2 were only out a couple inches front to back. The grounds are very well kept, and the people here seem nice and non-intrusive. The primary downside we experienced had to do with the pool/hot tub. They had hoped to have the pool/hot tub open by April 1st, but it was well into May before it was open, then later was closed down again for more repairs, etc. I know this is not entirely their fault as they rely on people doing the work, but it is the main amenity offered, and it was frustrating for it to be unavailable for almost our entire stay (especially since we choose campgrounds with this amenity for medical reasons). The management is very communicative, which can be a good thing (sharing policy reminders, giving heads up of happenings, etc). They keep them brief, another good thing. During a crowded weekend, there were a lot of "corrective" emails -- maybe it was the frequency that seemed strong? And when an email came out about the exit being blocked by the City of Richland, it lacked empathy and instead said, "We have no control over what the City does." These communications were experienced more negatively, but others were positive -- we very much appreciated the heads up for delivered packages, etc., and in general, appreciated the communication efforts. The manager, Christine, works hard, and this is clear. We appreciate her efforts (+ that of the rest of the staff) to take care of guests' needs. And, she was always kind in doing so. Overall, the campground is beautiful, and it is in a beautiful setting. We would definitely stay here again (with hopes that the pool and hot tub are in working order).
