If you live here it is terrible unless you are a member of the elite group. The Asst MGR is friends with them, they get the royal treatment & non elites get discriminated against. Bulling to women is terrible. Different rules for different people. Depends on who you are. No justice. Fair housing rules are broken along with the 55 and over rule. I have owned homes in three of thier parks! They are not pro Residents they are hard to work with! Some communities did not own the property when I purchased my home. The prior property management company was so much better!

Everyone at Horseshoe Cove is friendly and welcoming. I LOVE visiting here! This year, I was able to attend their golf cart parade. Talk about AWESOME!! It's one of the coolest Christmas golf cart parades I have seen...actually the only one I have ever seen!! Great job Everyone!!

I have lived in Horseshoe Cove Resort for a little over 3 years. I have to tell you that I am 100% satisfied with everything about this resort. The employees are top notch and just the friendliest people you could hope for. The amenemnities are everything I could hope for. This is such a friendly loving resort that we consider ourselves family. Always welcoming and ready to help. This is home.

❤️❤️❤️this place! Conveniently located. Very safe & quiet. Staff are super helpful & friendly. Nice pool but water is really warm because FL is in the midst of a heat wave. It’s cooler to sit in the shade than soaking in the pool. 🥵Gym is small with very limited equipments but nice. We like that we are able to take strolls every evening without having to leave the resort. The home itself is really cute, smartly laid out & extremely comfortable. It has a living/dining/kitchen area equipped with full sized stove/oven, dishwasher, fridge, W/D, bathroom & a bedroom in the back. You get a lot of privacy & car is parked right next to the unit. We are literally steps away from the front/back doors. After staying at Horseshoe Cove, it has changed our views about traveling. We will from now on turn to staying at a RV resort before resorting to hotels.

We stayed here for one month and I'm pleased to say this is one of the best RV resorts in the area. Super clean, lots of amenities, residents and guests are very friendly. We loved taking walks over to the island via their boardwalk and their heated pool is amazing. We'll definitely stay here again.

Nice older park.Staff is accommodating and nice.However the stench of cigarette smell over whelmed the area we were in.Also security at the campground didn't exist.We witness multiple young people walking around the park at 2:30am, just looked suspect. Sure enough! Six higher end bikes were stolen and most were secured.Security is a problem since this is not the first time as I was told by a resident.

Beautiful resort with lots of walking trails. The people were very friendly. The staff were always available and were very helpful. My wife is a travel nurse and found this park to be a place we would definitely come back. Perfect location to all nearby restaurants and food shopping. 2 Publix nearby and Walmart is also nearby. Very close proximity to all beaches including Ana Maria Island. The community has 3 mango trees which we enjoyed very much. The pool and gym was nice. Various community activities to be found. We highly recommend this RV/Mobile home resort. Security gates at the front, require code to get in.
