Family oriented with ease of access to the Rez. Kind neighbors who look out for each other & often paddle board, kayak together. Beautiful wildlife, sunsets and sunrises! Very beautiful location and spots for long term rentals! so close to the reservoir, has a convenience store on site, water/sewer/trash included in rent. Can't really beat this location if you enjoy the outdoors and being outside city limits but close enough to town to still go get things easily when needed! Between the wildlife, the views, and the location it's all a win in my book!!

Seems like a great place to live in the horsetooth reservoir area. Nice little store there and the lady at the counter was very pleasant and also helpful as she gave us contact information for the RV park which is run separately from the Inn. 5 stars for the helpful lady...as we only visited and asked questions I can't speak with any authority on the entities themselves.
