During our experience, we found the staff to be extremely unprofessional and at times discourteous toward both myself and my partner. When booking a cabin, there are numerous hidden fees that are not disclosed on the website, and the staff appear uncertain about how to apply or explain them. We booked a cabin on three separate occasions and were charged a different rate each time, which reflects a lack of consistency and proper management. On our most recent attempt, we spent the entire day preparing to go, only to be quoted three different prices within the same day. Out of frustration, we decided to turn around and go home. I attempted to call the office afterward, but my calls were repeatedly disconnected. One staff member in particular—a younger woman with glasses—was especially rude and even hung up on me during a booking call. After reading other reviews, I noticed similar complaints, and the dismissive responses from the owner only reinforce these concerns. Rather than addressing issues professionally, the replies often come across as defensive and disrespectful. This not only reflects poorly on the business but also diminishes the reputation and legacy it once may have had. As a customer, I value professionalism, transparency, and respect—especially when I am choosing to spend my hard-earned money. Unfortunately, this business did not meet those expectations, and based on my experience and the way concerns are handled, I would not recommend booking here.

Just the best time ever! Our group rented a couple cabins over the long weekend and could not have been happier! The experience was superb! Laid back, nostalgic, and so much fun! The cottages are rustic but comfortable and cozy. The close proximity to the beach and Shore Club made our holiday one we won’t forget. The team at the campground were kind, responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. If you’re in Hubbards this is the place to book!!!

Such an incredible place. From the warmest welcome on arrival to glorious swims on a private beach with crystal clear water, amazing energy and food at the Shore Club to impeccable cabins - super spacious with everything you need. It’s very easy to see why people come back every year; already planning our return visit. Thanks to Luke and everyone for making our week so special.

My fiance and I had an amazing time staying at one of the cottages. We only stayed one night but, we are definitely coming back. Staff at the Shore Club was fantastic. Everyone was extremely friendly. Looking forward to see next year's concert list.

Stayed in Chestnut Grove Cabin from July 14-17. Cabin was located perfect for access to the beach with a wonderful view of the water. You can hear the waves from the inside. Cabin is very spacious and perfect for family or friends. Hosts keep cabin and grounds very tidy. All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful stay and I will return.
