Nice campground close to Twin Lakes, with a good amount of tree coverage, our site #13 did not have trees. That is how we got a campsite, as the campground was full. Bathrooms were clean, there was even a solar-powered motion light for nighttime usage. We camped on July 14th, the weather was hot and the lake was wonderful to kayak in.

We stayed 2 nights here. It is a popular CG. There are some camp sights along the creek. Most all sights have some tree coverage. The CG roads have HUGE expansion cracks which serve as speed bumps and earthquake simulators for the trailers. Cost is $28.00 night. Will close for season 10/8/2023. In September many trailers with generators. Quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am. CG had two hosts and is generally clean. Potable water, newer vault restrooms, no showers or dump stations. Bear lockers for food storage. Good base camp for many outings.

We camped there in June 2021, the campground was full. Not a place to camp if you want peace and quiet with generators running and Lots of families camping together at the same campsite. Our site didn’t have much shade but was on the river. The weather was hot, so laying in the river was a good way to cool down. Lot of hiking trails along the river and in the area.

It was a really great campground but it was truly a bummer we couldn't have a campfire, despite the thunderstorms, and a deeper bummer that they didn't include that information in the email confirmation so we couldn't prepare our food choices for fireless things. The phone number they listed with updates didn't say anything about fire restrictions. Communications would've been helpful before such a long drive. We still had an amazing time and totally recommend the trip. Twin lakes is astoundingly beautiful on the paddle boards.

Wonderful campground right on the river. Lots of shade trees well run by the on-site host was on top of everything it seemed to me. And talking with folks camping there it turns out many many of them have been coming for years and decades to Robinson Creek. Had a great three nights visit.

Loved this campground! Beautiful mountain and creek views. So many amazing places nearby to explore. Was there for 4 nights and it wasn't enough time. Will be going back to explore more. Crazy weather May 2021 with afternoon thunderstorms with rain and hail and even some snow! Glad I had a trailer as I would not want to tent camp.

Beautiful campground in the Eastern Sierras outside of Bridgeport, California. Fishing is good in the campground and nearby lakes and streams. Plan ahead as it's hard to get a reservation here.
