The park is equipped with essential features to support a comfortable stay for short-term and long-term guests. Key amenities include:

  • Large full hookup sites with reliable utilities for any rig size.
  • A refreshing swimming pool and spacious sun deck area.
  • On-site laundry facilities and clean, accessible restrooms.

Many sites offer ample shade from large trees and well-maintained grassy areas, which is a significant benefit during the warm California summer afternoons.

Outdoor enthusiasts will find plenty to do nearby, starting with world-class salmon and steelhead fishing directly from the riverbank or nearby boat launches. For those willing to drive, Lassen Volcanic National Park is a manageable day trip away, offering unique geothermal features and mountain hiking trails. Additionally, the Woodson Bridge State Recreation Area is just down the road, providing more opportunities for boating and picnicking in a lush riverine environment.

Great place to live, on the river! It has RV spaces for rent, trailers and mobile homes for rent as well. It has a boat launch and dock. The fishing is usually good even off the dock

I have lived her for 8 mo now and I am very happy here. People are nice, it's very quiet and peaceful. I hear the owls talk every night as I fall asleep. Both mobile homes and RV's are located here. Some owned and some are rentals. The property owner is making some improvements lately. And we are under new management. So positive changes are happening. The new manager has started to organize get togethers. The owner bought Thanksgiving dinner for anyone who wanted to share the holiday. And we just had a Christmas get together. The clubhouse was all beautifully decorated. I like that we can meet and get to know each other at these get togethers.

I give 5 stars due to location. Not sure about the atmosphere there these days. As I haven't been present for many many years now. It is beautiful and peaceful. Has a clubhouse but I'm not sure if it's used. This resort was quite the happening place in the 70's probably long before then. They had anything you needed to fish. Sadly that went sailing down the river. Lol Anyway I'd say it is worth a look see.
