We had a great stay at this RV park! The facilities were clean, the grounds were well-kept, and the location was peaceful. What really made the experience stand out was the owner—so kind, welcoming, and helpful. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about your comfort and goes the extra mile to make you feel at home. The wifi here is the best of any park we have ever stayed at. Our doggie approved both dog park areas. Highly recommend this place, especially if you’re looking for a friendly atmosphere and great service.

I have lived the RV life for about five years now and I’ve been to several different RV parks and this is my very favorite one. They have high-speed Internet included in the lot great water and great electricity, very clean,. They have a catch and release fishing pond,. Everything is new they even have a free laundry facility and I feel very safe there. Dave and Susan the owners treat you like family. It is a privilege to live there.. conveniently only 10 miles from Sam Houston State University.

This is a great place very well kept. Very clean and free laundry room. The pond is well stocked and has lots of turtles to watch. I love to set on the swing in the shade and read or just enjoy the pond and ducks. My little dog loves it here with 2 dog parks one for big dogs to run in and a small one for small doggies. We have been here several months and plan to stay a long time. Thank you Dave and Susan for all your kindness and hospitality. Really love 💕 living here at your RV Park.

So glad we found this park for our overnight stay. Susan and her husband were so helpful and friendly. The park was clean and we enjoyed the pond in the evening. We enjoyed the names on the street signs.

This park is still very new. There are many sites on the property but some are better defined than others. The laundry has a good large capacity washer and dryer. The dog park is fenced in with a nice seating area or you can walk your dog around the duck pond. The owners are very nice and hard working. This park is right off of Hwy 19 but it is nice and quiet. We had no problems streaming our shows and our Verizon signal was strong. We stayed for 1 week this time and we will come back. I am sure this will grow into a fantastic park for future visitors to Huntsville.
