Located just south of Logan, the park is nestled within a lush valley characterized by agricultural fields and rugged mountain peaks. The Hyrum Reservoir is the centerpiece, surrounded by mature hardwoods and willow trees that offer welcome shade during the warm summer months. Amenities & Park Features
The park features the Lakeview Campground, which is designed to accommodate a variety of RV sizes. Several sites offer full hookups, including water, sewer, and 30/50-amp electricity, which is a premium find for a state park setting. On-site facilities include modern restrooms with flush toilets, hot showers, and a convenient dump station for those in dry-camping spots. For those bringing watercraft, the concrete boat ramp and designated docks provide easy access to the reservoir, while scattered picnic tables and fire rings encourage classic evening campfires.
Nearby Attractions & Things to Do
Water-based recreation is the primary draw here, with ample room for boating, kayaking, and paddleboarding throughout the summer season. Great clean and not too busy for labor day holiday. Water looks clean from algea. The only down side is the beach is a little rocky.

Awesome customer service from the employees at this park. We are new to the jet ski owner world and needed help. They were kind and knowledgeable. Love how beautiful and well-kept this park is too!

We enjoyed a weekend with our extended family here. We had a great time. Some of us fished or played in the water. Mostly We enjoyed visiting with each other. Some of us were on opposite ends of the park, but a short walk was all it took to be together. The grounds are well maintained, and the camp host was very friendly.

Great lake to swim and enjoy while camping. We were in spot 22 with our trailer and there are stairs right down to the lake. Unfortunately the water is low right now, there is a big gap from the stairs down to the very rocky shoreline. I said this was great because we were able to navigate it just fine, even with our kid on crutches but I do think many people would find this to be pretty terrible. Once in the water it doesn't matter where you cam from. We paddled a cross the lake, watched a beaver work on his home, enjoyed warm water temps, and loved the camping environment.

Second time staying overnight only while on my way to Lewiston, UT to sell my handmade jewelry at the Little Red Bike Ride for cancer. Nice small place, with restroom and separate shower facilities. View of water & hills if you’re lucky to score a lakeside spot. Each site has a picnic table and a fire ring. I would use it again. I reserved it on Reserve America.
