Convenient to pull in to stay for the night. Don't think about using the Norestrooms or laundry. They're horrible! The days we were here they were never cleaned. I went in to take some pictures and had to hold my nose. It would gag a maget. Where can I post these pictures! Be ashamed! Corporate office pay attention! Worst restrooms I've EVER seen in an RV park!

While the few large concrete pads in front are enticing, a walk around the park you realize this is mostly intended for workers and as homes for people on a budget. Someone made a mistake when running sewer lines before pouring those beautiful concrete pads: the lines are forward on the pads instead of towards the rear like most trailer valve are. It took three lengths of sewer hose to reach the pipe AND the whole thing is on a slope resulting in a very poor degree of angle. I had to carefully detach and lift the hose myself to clear the sludge. These concrete pads are at the front of the park and therefore near the road which remains busy till the early hours.

Easy to get to. Pad a bit small. It met our needs. The man that booked us on the phonel was friendly and helpful.

Don’t stay here. My husband and I chose to stay here because they have a bathhouse, however it is rarely open. It’s a gamble each day of whether they will open it or not. Having no other choice, we signed up for a gym membership just to have access to a shower. We asked the person in the office if we could have our rent lowered by the cost of the gym membership ($25) and were refused. Despite the fact that they recently went up on rent by $50, and no improvements to the property have been made. They do not keep the lawns cut or weed-eated. There is trash all around the edges of the property. Most of the spots are uneven and need new gravel placed.The office staff are often rude when asked about things, and seem to never have answers (I.e. when asking about the bathhouse or lawn maintenance). For 3 days in a row without warning our water was cut off all day. When my husband called the office to ask what was going on, the woman on the phone simply said, “Well they’re working on your row’s water line. Didn’t you see them?” We were not notified initially that they would be working on it, or for how long. We were all notified about the price increase on rent though. Most of the time there is an “Out of Order” sign on the bathhouse, and there are also a lot of the showers and toilets Out of Order as well. Often there is no sign at all, but the door is still locked, and no one is in the office either. All around this is a greedy business that refuses to fix issues, or properly notify their renters.

Great location! Pool is always clean and nice not a big pool but never have to worry about it not being cleaned. It’s super quiet all the time haven’t had any complaints or problems at all. Office staff is very friendly and helpful!! The hookups even come with a cable hookup that’s free. Bathhouse is always clean and the laundry room always looks clean for the amount of people here. Overall it’s a really nice setup and place to stay!!

We've stayed here twice. Very nice grounds and easy on off access to I10. But I he nicest thing was we goofed on our reservation date and didn't realize it until we pulled in at 7 pm after ten hours of driving. Fortunately they had a spot and honored our reservation. That's above and beyond!

We stayed two weeks, towed the motorcycle down so this is a good spot to do day trips. At first they had us in a tight spot but very accommodating in moving us to a concrete pad. The bathroom was always very clean. My only suggestion is to have a bench in the shower area for your clothes. We had a pleasant experience, everyone was very nice.

Like others said already, the easy on and off from I-10 is wonderful. We only stayed one night as we were traveling through, but we had no complaints at all. We towed a car with a 40’ RV and had no trouble at all fitting on the concrete pad on space B6. Plenty of room to maneuver. Can’t imagine why the other person mentions it was tight! Park was clean and well maintained from what we saw.

In and out, quick overnight stay. Seemed very nice. If you are a class A and towing don't let them put you in the B row up front. Nice concrete pads, but too short and tight turns. Otherwise a good stop.
