I’m not sure why it’s asking about “Rooms” but if it means park spaces for the trailers and RV’s then they have plenty ! Covered spots with concealed pads are extra wide and super tall, and the regular back in ones were perfect for what I needed as well. The ladies in the office , Ms Kim and Mrs Brittany, were so helpful, friendly, attentive and kind. I would and will definitely refer my friends and family and I will definitely be back one day. The prices were excellent.Rusty the maintenance man was always “johnny on the spot” and fixed everything correctly and efficiently. 4 Stars , only reason I didn’t 5 star them is the doggy parks had so much poop in them and the largest dog park water stations looked more like a cattle trough or a pig’s wallow . Messy messy for the blue Heeler like mine who love to get filthy and roll in mud ! Lucky for me they do have a dog was station ! Lol

This RV Park was easy to access, and check-in was quick and courteous. The roads and sites are not easy to identify, with site numbers hard to see and the roads without signs. The sites in the part of the park we were in for one night could use some repair and upkeep. The sites are also pretty close together. I didn't see much of the park, we were only there for one night so other parts might be taken care of a bit better. Our site was a dirt/gravel pull through that was fine for a short stay, but I wouldn't want to be there longer than that. The water is hard so soap doesn't wash off quickly. There is a lot more park than what I saw so this review is just for the small areas I observed driving to the site and setting up. We have 40ft class A towing a CRV, and a 250 truck towing a small storage trailer and they were able to accommodate us which I appreciated.

Staff is very nice and helpful. As I am first rv owner wasn't sure what to expect but they were more than eager to answer all my questions. Park is clean and very well kept. Showers and laundry room are clean and well maintained. Have not experienced the pool yet but it looks very nice and clean. I will be looking forward to using the pool next summer. Gym is air conditioned. Walking paths are maintained for outdoor walks. Outdoor gym equipment available as well. Dog parks are large enough for your fur baby to run off some energy. They have a catch and release fishing pond at the back of the property. Wifi works really well. Very happy with my decision to call this home.

So this place is really awesome if your on a tight budget, the price can't really be beat, people say it's so farrrr outside of Waco but it's literally a 7 minute drive and you are in Waco... So don't really understand that. The only thing I would say is get a water filter for your camper as the water is really hard. Overall nice spot to stay. You can hear the highway so that's understandable when it's on the highway for access and convenience. Kim the assistant manager is very kind, and will do her best to assist your request. Thanks Kim for all your support and making my checkout as seamless as possible. So I would recommend this place long or short term. The pool is up and running and they keep the showers and laundry rooms clean. Have an awesome mail system as well considering the staff literally take the time to sort it out and put it in your slot for you.

Stayed here for a week while waiting on closing for our house and moved from out of town. Everyone at the camp site from the ladies in the office to Rusty whom I believe is in charge of maintenance was so incredibly helpful, and kind! We had several hiccups with our camper and they were all super gracious and helpful! Great amenities, nice dog park, fishing ponds, clean restrooms and showers, laundry room, swimming pool. Loved our stay here and so thankful for all of the staff! Made our move back home so smooth and easy! Would HIGHLY recommend !

Very convenient and well maintained RV park right off I35. We stopped for the night. The person at the front desk was super nice. He gave us recommendations on where to eat and said if we’ were staying a while, he’d give us recommendations on what to see! The free breakfast was amazing! We’ll be back if we’re in the area again.

Stayed only a few nights, but enjoyed it. The free breakfast was wonderful and huge! Loved it. The 2 dog parks plus a dog walk was such a nice change of pace, clean and well taken care of. The bathroom near the office is not handicap accessible, but maybe the other building bathroom has the handicap accessible area. It was clean and smelled fresh. You could hear interstate traffic all night but it is well worth the stay.

Our stay was nothing spectacular at the RV Park. It is not well maintained as they say. There was a large amount of dog feces, otherwise it was a nice dog park. Our camping site was a good size, but it had stick-thights in our campsite, and in the dog park. The laundry facilities were terrible. The washer and dryers were very dated. We went for a walk to see the sheep and one campsite we walked by there was dog feces covering almost every inch of the site. Went to get ice Friday afternoon and it was empty. Empty all weekend. The highway is loud. The manager is never in the office, and always on his cell phone. We enjoyed Waco, but don't recommend this place.
