Repeat customer - will be back again! The staff is very professional and accommodating. I had a wonderful stay. We always feel very safe at this location. There are never any surprises with location or quality of utility connections. Everything is up to speed and available. Great Customer Service!!

RV park, not a hotel. We stayed for a week for around $100/night with a discount from Sun Outdoors. Location was a factor for our stay combined with previous experience staying st Sun Outdoors properties. I am surprised this is listed as a Sun Outdoors property. The other Sun Outdoors properties were well maintained and clean. This one at Indian Wells was anything but that. Many of the resident sites had piles of garbage around their trailers/park model homes. The bathrooms were unattended for several days at a time, no toilet paper for 3 days in a row, trash laying around on the floors. The showers only worked if you could manage to turn them on with the stripped handles. I did only visit two of the three bathrooms, and that was enough. The pool and hot tub by our site were dirty for the first 3 days while we were there. The area around them messy, not tended to. I did read a previous post by Debra, from a month ago, and noticed the picture she posted of her site neighbor. Well Debra, nothing has changed. That was our site neighbor also and it still looks EXACTLY like your picture. We will not be staying at this Sun Outdoors property again.

We stayed here for four nights last week. For the nightly rate of over $100 this place was a disappointment! We have stayed in much nicer RV parks for $60 a night. If it wasn't for the location they wouldn't get $60 a night for short term visitors. One of the bathrooms near the garbage area had a blood splat on the wall that there for several days. The other bathrooms and laundry rooms were also dirty and smelled. The place is runned down and tired looking. We were in site 104 and our neighbor in 103 had garage and broken boxes under his old trailer. At least they were quiet. The only things going for the place was its location and 24 hour locked gates.

This place is not representative of a Sun Outdoors establishment. The photos on the website do not reflect reality. No picnic tables, no fire pits. There is absolutely nothing to do here except use the pool which is over run by full timers. Over 75% full timers who are friendly but this is no vacation spot. Staffed only m-f regular business hours. I will say the tv pads on the one street for vacationers are nice but really that’s all

Great RV park, quiet and clean. Wind blows and you have a breeze in the afternoons. Some spaces are better than others depending on your rig/coach. We have a class A with a slide and couldn’t back any further because of the pole on our big slide side meaning we had to park our vehicle in their clubhouse parking. The gate code changes every/other Tuesday and they didn’t tell us-luckily a resident was coming in at the same time.
