Far from quiet,it's right next to hwy 46 traffic seems to never stop. Between quiet seconds you get to listen to the constant barrage of sirens. The new owners are seldom there, and their mowing guy doesn't have a clue,he blows grass towards the campers and the patrons as well. My camper has had wet grass thrown 3ft high on it and rocks have hit it also. I haven't found the store yet. And the pull through spots are more like pull in back out. It's a parking lot not a campground by my definition of a campground. One the up side full hookups .

Great wood!! Very peaceful, even when all the cars are passing by!! Easy to reserve and work with to get a site and wood!!

Stopped her overnight on our way home. Greg was very nice helpful. It is a little campground great if you don't need a lot of thrills. It was very clean & well lite.

Absolutely horrible, just a bunch of thieves and liars trying to earn a extra buck. No shower facilities or bathrooms, no pool, no shade. New management will put locks on water, and makeup readings on eletric, will tell you one thing and then completely do another. I have several text messages of nothing but lies and currently have a lawsuit pending. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Rob and Gary are smooth talkers, just like another member of their family who happens to be in jail for being a smooth talker and stole thousands of dollars from older people and people such as myself with cancer.

Was skeptical when reading all the reviews, but this place truly is an extremely relaxed venue with amazing sound. You could sit anywhere and see, and it wasn’t overly loud. You can bring your own food and drink, and just relax and enjoy a great show in a cozy venue, as well as camp outside the barn with RV or tent. I’ll definitely plan to see more shows here.

The best place to take the whole family for awesome live music. The owners are great people and I love taking my son there!

We seen Flatline Harmony at the end of August. They did have a good sound, however another microphone I think would have worked better-they had 1 for 4 singers. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The band started 40 minutes late and 2 of the singers appeared to be under the influence of something. Website said u could bring your own drinks but had water and pop for sale however there was 11 in our group and they had 3 waters and some pop. I'm thinking it may be a no to try to see another band there. We traveled 2 1/2 hours for a girls weekend and this was the only disappointment of the trip
