We stayed one night instead of 3. The description of the grounds was not at all what we expected from the pictures. We left and forfeited our money. It’s too bad. We were basically stuck between two permanent residents, next to a weeded in canal which blocked our view to the lake. And, looking out to the lake was a construction zone. There were at least 60 bags of quickcrete lining the new walkway. The new walkway is nice, but I would not recommend this place as a destination.

Very disappointing. No real water access, the dock is rotting and dangerous to walk on, most of the lots are taken by residents with pretty old and beat up trailers and there is quite literally nothing to do there. Wont be back…in fact I paid for two nights and left after one.

The place is very run down and our camper was too big for the spot. We couldn’t find anybody to help us. We called to cancel our spot and we would like to get our money refunded but no one answered so we left a voicemail.
