Campground is small, all seasonal sites, except 10 sites. Transient sites are all corner lots. Very hard to back in long trailers, better know what you are doing. Tons of kids, yelling, screaming till 930pm. Quieter during week. Bathrooms are a tin shed with dometic flush toilets, not that clean. Jacks take out was very good food if u dont want to cook. Locals dont really engage with you but will say hello. Very sandy area and wet as its at bottom of a hill. No activities here. No trails, but quiet dirt roads to walk on. Owner was friendly. Campfires only allowed after 5pm, municipal law not theirs. Wood was not seasoned and did not burn well, buy elsewhere 2 stars as we didnt like the washrooms or the noisy kids. ATVS driving by. No privacy at sites. Lake is accessible at campground, boat launch, dog area as well.

Nice place and nice owners. Affordable price, although more of a place to tent up and head out to the surrounding area for the day. I don’t think that there’s a lot that they can change about the campground, likely just reflecting on a large amount of nocturnal animals. I don’t think the tent site is a great location in the forest, as we had raccoons biting at our toes through the tent, as well as rubbing up along the tent persistently from 2-5 in the morning. Small beach, which was okay. Likely a good place for young families!

My family and I have been going to inverness tent and trailer park since I was three. I am now 32. The place is amazing. It is a family run place that you can literally feel its heartbeat. Gina and Earl are always around doing something around the park. They know everyones name and make sure the park is clean, friendly and the store is always full of candy, ice cream and hot food. There are public washrooms and laundry as well. The labor day party is a hoot, and the canada day fireworks are a blast! (Pardon the pun) The park it self is its own little family too. Everyone makes sure to give a wave or an offer of a beer, if you need a hand someone is always offering to help. Or at least supervise with a beer and tell ya you are doing it wrong! Unfortunately there was a funeral recently that not only a lot of the park, but Gina Earl and the family even showed up for in Toronto! ❤️ The beach is nice with lots of picnic tables, the water is nice, there are boats available or you can fish right off the dock. The area is beautiful and quiet with lots of wildlife. And there is a park with swingsets tetter todder a sandbox and more. Summary, if you are looking for a good value family run and feel, clean, fun and safe place to take your family. THIS IS THE PLACE. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ -a 29 year and counting customer Chris
