Perfectly situated on Three Mile Lake. Bright clean trailer park owned by people who truly care. Gina and Earl work hard to make the park a warm welcoming space to call home. Well maintained beach with shallow entry, ample boat parking, and trailer sites are well spaced and taken care of. The on-site store offers anything you may have forgotten, and delicious fries/burgers and fish and chips with a candy counter and ice cream. Just staying the night or the season, Gina and Earl will treat you like family!

Beautiful park on Three mile lake in the heart of muskoka. A place near and dear to my heart I will always call home. Awesome, friendly staff and beautifully kept grounds. Friends and family always gathering around the camp fires at night and when the weather is nice a full beach during the day. Yummy food from Big Jacks takeout and a convenience store! Awesome playground for the kids! Always fun times!

We booked last min, truck tent camping and were pleasantly surprised. Nice people and campers. Clean Nice boat launch and docks! They have a store and food restaurant, you can have fires after 6pm and play music after 10 pm Every one is so curtious and respectfull. OWNERS AND STAFF ARE AMAZING!

My wife and I are a mixed race couple. We took our two children to this trailer park for a family weekend and have never been more disgusted with so many people’s behaviour. From the owners cold attitude upon check in to the rude stares and comments from the seasonal regulars. In 2021 this behaviour is unacceptable ! The regulars drank from morning until night and were loud and vulgar. Not a family friendly environment to say the least. I would not recommend this park to anyone with children and was very disappointed overall.

Great place if you love nature. Make sure you get ready for Lake Fun. That's the Best part of place. Friendly staff. Only thing to look after or upgrade is washrooms. I will give 5 anyway for unmatchable location and staff. Price is super fair and extra for shower. ($1 for 5min) You can go for kayaking, fishing speed boat whatever you ready for season. Lake just around corner. Limited space available for sure and easy access for convenience shop in side the park. Quick response from staff and happy stay for weekend. Will be back.

I've been going there and trailering for 30 years I love it there it's peaceful it's beautiful very nice Big Lots to do there if you wish to or do nothing at all totally up to you lots of nice people to meet the owner is great that's why I'm still there and I don't wish to go anywhere else anyone that decides to come there for a weekend will not be disappointed

We stayed here for a week and had a great time. The park is quiet and the fishing is great. The owner's were very accommodating. The store has just about everything you may need including fresh icecream for the kids. The lake is about 8 to 10 feet deep and the water was 79 degrees in mid July.
