A wonderful, small, over 55 community. Has a great (albeit small) pool, shuffleboard, pond with bench to sit by the pond, laundry, free use of dumpster. Units are spaced a good distance apart with nice lawns, trees, birds.

PEOPLE...living there are very social..Some places are very nice..but as in everything they always have those places that brings the neighborhood down..Not a place I would want to live
