The way the rent and water is done is wrong. The noise at night is to much. If they do work on the site to pay rent, expect to get a min of a $ 80 late fee. We paid have the receipt and after 8 days they changed it to not paid and added a late fee.We have it on auto pay btw. If this gets resolved properly I'll be back. 1yr later and I have a good complaint. I will update soon.

"Buyer": A Customer using a Service to purchase goods and/or services from a Seller. "Carrier": A mobile telephone operator approved by GPC that offers a Carrier Billing Account. "Carrier Billing Account": The monthly or other periodic billing account provided to you by your Carrier that you register to fund certain Payment Transactions. "Carrier Billing Service": The payment process whereby GPC, on behalf of Seller, submits a Payment Transaction to the Carrier for billing to a Buyer's Carrier Billing Account. "Customer": A person who registers for the Service(s). "Funding Account": A credit card, debit card or ACH-enabled checking or savings account that is registered or used by you to fund P2P Payments or payments made by you to your Google Pay Balance. "Google": Google LLC. "Google Account": The account you create with Google LLC for the use of Google Services, as defined in the Google Terms of Service. "Google Pay": The Service consisting of the P2P Service, Google Pay Balance, Google Pay with Virtual Account Numbers and Linked Third-Party Accounts, Save to Google Pay, and any other features described in the Google Pay Terms of Service. "Google Payments": The Services provided by GPC. "Google Pay Balance": Funds you maintain in your Google Payments Account as part of the Google Pay Service, which is a service provided by GPC.
