We had a great time on our week long stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of activities for the kids and is to do. We got there in November, and it was snowbird season. I loved the golf carts, sxs's, and everything else. The pool was in great shape. The bathrooms were very clean. The activities offered were a lot of fun. I was impressed at how much effort the staff put into keeping the resort clean. Each morning the roads and gutters were swept and rocks moved. If you need a picnic table they'll bring you one, if you don't want the picnic table, they'll take it away. There are both concrete and gravel pads. The marina slips were in excellent shape. I'd love to come back and bring my pontoon boat. Recommendations: Bring your boat, golf cart, sxs, or bike. There is s lot to do. The Pickleball courts were in great shape. We got lucky and had prefect weather.

We camped here for a week and loved this place! We will be back. The camp site is very spacious for all your toys. There are Full hook ups, scenic views, boat launch, moorings and docks available. When we were here the Beautiful heated pool and hot tub was not crowded plenty of places to relax. Love the beach front swimming area. The Bathrooms with showers are Immaculate. Plus the employees and staff are so nice and helpful. Great place to come and enjoy beautiful Lake Havasu!

Wonderful RV resort. All the amenities anyone needs. And close to major shopping if needed.

People are completely clueless if you think this is the best resort. Sites are TIGHT. Staff is rude (older lady working the booth stares at you confused when you say your checking in, rolls her eyes and makes a bunch of noises. When you ask her what I could do different she perks right up and acts normal) They are dog breed racist and I’m sure they would like to put the same rules on humans if they could. The owner of this place is someone who doesn’t want to take pride in providing a good environment and experience to everyone they serve… no…. This is clearly the result of someone who buys this type of business for the feeling of control it gives them. They love enforcing new rules and finding employees to execute the same tires and sad mindset. Wild horse, state park. Literally anywhere is better and cheaper than this place. Pathetic and sad place. “Security” was walking the docks and talking quietly into his mic to the office searching for a “loud music boat” and it was the funniest and more pathetic thing I’ve ever seen from a rv park. If you buy a park model or a spot here. You didn’t own the land and they still get to enforce all their rules even though you are paying to own it. lol. And then if you rent it out to a friend they set the rates and take half the profit. Rude, nasty scammers
