The pool area and staff are great. The campsites need lots of work. There is a big shortage of limestone and if it rains you will walk in mud. The slabs are great for parking your camper, but if you cant enjoy your camping area with friends or family its not worth the trouble if gou get a rain. It would be much better to fill the campsites with limestone, in stead of worrying about grass. Overall It was a descent experience once we got to the pool.

Thank you so much, "Spike" and Shelia V. for always ensuring that the visits and the interactive exhibits remain very clean, safe, and enjoyable. I was blown away by the level of professionalism and expertise displayed by the staff. I highly recommend visiting "The Isle of Iberia" in New Iberia, Louisiana.

Very clean restrooms, BUT very hot inside. Need insulation in the ceiling and a/c. Need picnic tables at the sites. Very nice lazy river and pool, but can use more loungers and tables. There are 200 sites, concrete pads, most had fire rings. We enjoyed the entertainment Sat and Sunday.

Great place, would.have given 5 stars, but there is no shade, and some of the camping spots are close. But overall, they have an amazing pool. We loved the lazy river - you just have to bring your own floaty for that. The sprinkler pad seemed nice as well. Definitely want to come back.
