Very nice and quiet campground. Caretakers work hard to keep the place looking good. The main customer caretaker, Mrs. Kristy is the absolute BEST I’ve ever had the pleasure to deal with!! She goes above and beyond her job detail to make sure everything is done right!! Can’t thank her enough!!

Ivy Acres is an absolutely beautiful park, and the staff is second to none. We had a death in the family and needed an RV site on extremely short notice and for an unknown length of time. Kristy at Ivy Acres went above and beyond to accommodate us and worked with us every step of the way, from reservation, to arrival, and departure. I simply cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us. Unfortunately, with all the things we were dealing with, we were not able to enjoy the entire property, but we were able to enjoy a very nice walk on one of their well maintained walking trails along the river. We will definitely be back...the next time under better circumstances.

We stayed at the camp grounds. Beautiful pull-through sites. Ours was up on a hill overlooking a big peaceful grass area with large trees. WIFI signal was excellent. Good water pressure, easy connections. It was very quite in the evening and Dark - great nights rest. It was rainy while we stayed so we were not able to enjoy the fire area - we want to return and check it out: Large fire ring filled with brush, logs stacked near by. Fire area is on opposite site of camp road - keeping smoke and conversations away from Campers - but positioned in a way that encourages Campers to pull up a chair and visit ~ reminds me of camping with my parents as a kid. Nice place. Owner/operators are on site, this is a Well-run camp ground.

There is so much to say about this wonderful piece of paradise. The ambiance, the hiking trails, the quiet spacious sites make Ivy Acres a must stay place as you travel the up state. The staff, Kristy the manager is extremely helpful, and Donna the park grounds manager, keeps the entire acreage immaculate. My husband and I stayed at Ivy Acres a lot longer than we originally anticipated, we felt "so at home! I'm forever grateful that I have such wonderful memories of Ivy Acres. Thank you Chuck, Kristy and Donna for all the wonderful times and festivities down by the river.
