Very nice park, a mix of well maintained mobile homes and RVs, the entire community looked clean and well maintained. Everyone I spoke with was polite.

If you are a non pet owner you may not like this place. The pet owners have overrun the place by doing daily dog walks including walking them in the non pet area. There are no more non pet areas, you better like dogs and not have allergies! Now to add to the problem this park is overrun with feral cats. Several people in the park are feeding them and the number of cats is growing.

Very friendly clean community. The staff are top knock. Is very secure amd plenty to do on premises as well as nearby. Definitely, a wonderful place to reside or visit.

I’ve lived in Ja Mar since 2006! We’re a family! There’s always something going on! Cookouts, crafts, dancing and dinners.So many activities!! So much fun!! The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained! Caleb I have Great Respect For!! He’s out in the trenches and has been since a very young age!! Lonnie… God Bless You and Thank You!! And a BIG HUGE THANK YOU to all the Wonderful , Beautiful, Amazing People who live in the park! It’s comforting to know if you need help or assistance there’s someone always around!!

From the moment we drove in the gates, we knew this was going to be a wonderful place to stay. Very welcoming, clean, friend & a beautiful place! Our 1st trip to Florida since our retirement & we definitely hit the jackpot of resorts. We only wish we could stay here next year but unfortunately all spots are filled & that's because it's the best. First winter in Florida. This is place great everybody is so nice. Alot of activities.Games, pool, work out room, pickle ball, shuffle board, horse shoes, botchy ball, pool table and more will definitely be back!

My boyfriend was helping remodel a house. They were far from being finished but what they had done looked awesome. Total remodel floors, walls. Windows taken out and turned into another living room. New Air conditions were put in as well. It looked like it was brand new.
