I have family who live here and it is such a beautiful small little community! But the lady in the office is very nasty and super unprofessional! I suggest that any new tenants or owners look elsewhere unless you like dealing with people like her, then it'll be a perfect fit.

We stayed a month here, was disappointed when we arrived to be told we didn't have cable or Internet unless we call and put it in our name. Sites are very close, water went off 3 times while there and the water pressure was terrible. Too many people unfriendly. Only one pool for over 200 sites. Mostly permanent sites.

Campers are really close together. There is no wifi or cable TV included in the price. We stayed for a month & the water was off 3 different times. One time no water all evening & over night. Worst campground we have ever stayed in!

JA-Mar South was there when we needed a last minute place for a few months. We booked the day before arriving and had a great spot. Extending our was easy, even if we had to move once. The ladies in the front office found us an opening in the park. The card game group is great and meet often, dominos on Thursday, bingo on Monday. Very active park. Hot tub could be hotter, but the pool was great. Love the pond and pavilion. There are a few extra residents in the water. Didn’t realize I had to few photos of the park, but we always had fun!

Spent 1 month here. Very clean,and kept up. Friendly people. Close shopping,and restaurants. Met the owner! Such a nice man. Heated swimming pool is a plus.

We made reservations at Ja-mar south for 14 nites. When we arrived they told us we could only stay for 11 nites. We were stuck between a 2 park models and could barely get our left slider out. 😖 A good note is the people on our street were friendly.We had the rest of our trip planed, so we had to scramble to find a site for 3 nites. Tyndall AFB Let us come in 3 days early in the overflow. THE AIRFORCE ALWAYS COMES THRU.

Tight spots but do able with our 41' 5th wheel. Great rates. Staff is awesome & fellow residents were so welcoming! Loved that it was a gated area!

Wow jaymar beautiful place nice people but you need to check into these places a little bit more when you book it turned out when we arrived at gated beautiful place prices were right the 55 and over community so very quiet people were always saying hello they tell you what time you can stay up till and play and what time you can get up and start your day and there are hook up the water pressure is fantastic and people are very nice and the gentleman who went with me to my site was a great guy so they're great Community for 55 and up no kids unless you're visiting and they are pet-friendly so it's a good place enjoy yourself your stay will be quiet enjoyable and
