They removed holes 1-3 on the disc golf course, and holes 6 through like 11 were all absolutely destroyed by logging. Couldn’t even find the tee off for half of them and very poorly marked/maintained this year

Came up on this while just driving. So very glad we stopped. Very well maintained and wonderful photo opportunities. Next time I happen to be in the area I would definitely stop again.

More than just a park, this is truly a gem. Beautiful scenery, pristine water, a wonderful trail system, this park is very well kept. There are several electric shelters with grills. The restrooms have electricity and running water. Clean, in good repair, and no bad odors. There are a few docks offering stunning views of the lake, and many places to put in a kayak or canoe. The disc golf course, volleyball and basketball courts, and playground all add another level of enjoyment to an already stupendous park. The trail system is gorgeous! The moss covered paths through the forest evoke a feeling of hiking through the pages of a storybook. Nice wide even paths, easy to traverse, and filled with various bird calls and a wide variety of four-legged furry friends. There's also a mountain bike run here, though we didn't explore that part. If it's anything like the rest of the park, I'm sure it is excellent as well. The memorial at the entrance is very impressive, a great piece of art to show appreciation for everything our veterans have done for all of us. This place is well worth visiting, I highly recommend spending an afternoon here, or if you have more time, spend a weekend at one of the many campsites, each with electricity and a firepit. Many have quick access to the lake. There are also showers here, though the doors were currently locked.

Fantastic campground. The family and I visit every year. The campground is always super clean and peaceful. There is a really nice beach and it is right next to jack Lake which is a beautiful Lake. There is also a lot of areas for picnics near the beach. I would definitely recommend choosing this campground over a lot of others.

Good campsites on Jack Lake. Clean Bathrooms. Added bonus-- hiking trail around nearby Game Lake about a mile. Beautiful old Birch and Oak trees.
