Perfect for short stays, over night, long term or seasonal. Watch the waters come in and roll out daily. Fishing, camp fires or tour the local attractions... Highly recommend. We'll be back in the spring for another summer.

Very nice spot. We were bikepacking and camped out overnight later in september. Got a great pick for a campsite (with power to charge our phones!!!). Since we were on bicycles we needed a taxi to get us into town for dinner and re supply.

Good park. Word of warning- the owners kid, I assume, is a pest if he thinks you will talk to him. He is about 8 or 9 and is bored. He will knock on your door for 45 minutes non stop even after you tell him your busy and have work to get sent in. He is friendly but needs attention and something to do.

In August 2024, we had the pleasure of staying in this campground and loved every minute of it. We had an oceanfront site with a gorgeous view and easy access to the beach that changes slightly every day with the tides. We had our two dogs with us and were impressed that the campground offers multiple doggy relief spots and dog poop bags. We can't speak about the showers or laundry as we have a self contained trailer. There is ice cream to be had in the office for those sunny days of summer. Each site has it's own picnic table and firepit. As for the owner, TJ is definition of hospitality! We had an issue with our truck that; unfortunately, took a number of days to resolve and the owner drove my husband to the repair shop in Digby multiple times. I don't know what we would have done without her assistance. FYI: Having read some of the other reviews, I should mention that we found TJ's Mother to be lovely and helpful. We're hoping to make a return visit in 2025.

My husband and I tented at Jaggars for a few days. The staff was friendly and helpful, washrooms and showers were clean, it was quiet while sleeping. The owners are clearly working diligently to improve the property (they have only owned it a few years). We collected rocks and shells on the shore while watching the sun go down. It was a beautiful experience.

The campground is obviously undergoing improvements. First trip there was last month and we had a great time. It was neglected and rundown before the new owners took over, and is definitely understaffed, but we will be back! Love the pool! Tent sites are NOT level, and the sizes vary a lot. So be prepared to adjust your setup.

Love this campground, my parents have a seasonal lot there every year. It's quite and relaxing, they also do things for the kids and have little concerts. Nice walk along the ocean. The people are friendly, campers and workers.

This is our second year at Jaggars. We are really happy with the plans the new owners have and enjoy seeing the progress. We were happy when the new owners purchased the campground with a clear vision of what they wanted here. A great group of seasonal campers as well. Always something to do or just relax and enjoy the ocean and the sunshine.

This is my fifth season at Jaggars. I was thrilled when new owners bought it last year. Unfortunately the previous owners let most of the park fall to disarray. This year they are working hard to update the infrastructure and have great plans for the park. The owners are wonderful and the seasonal campers are a great crew of people. Lots to see and do locally and the beach sunsets are the best.
