Horrible campsite, small, all rocks, picnic table was thrown against a tree completely couldn’t use as it was falling apart, goose poop all over the sand of the beach entrance to the pond, if your not a permanent site you get what they have. We complained and no call from the owner all the girl could say was I don’t book you and we had issues.

Be aware you do not get 100% of your money back when canceling a reservation, even when there is an emergency situation which requires you to be out of town. I had a reservation starting 8/25/25 thru 9/2/25, called to cancel last week providing plenty of time for someone else to take my site. I did get 50% back which is better than nothing. Another issue, I had friends stay here and when they checked in the campgrounds gave their site to companies needing the sites for the summer, they didn’t even inform my friends ahead of time. My friends ended up in a couple sites that were small they were on top of each other, there were issues with the electricity as well. I would not recommend this campground.

Very nice the staff are great the people that camp there are very friendly and it doesn't matter what culture you are everyone is very friendly. I go camping alot and this is one of the best places. Very clean bathroom, store, pool and game room. They have awesome activity and best of all they do activities for the children. We had six campers and had such a awesome 4th of July weekend.

Camped there last year in a tent all summer . Was amazed at Javi & Ellie they were over accommodating, offering us a heater when it got cold. And what these 2 do to keep this Campground running like a Swiss Watch is totally Amazing. Grounds are kept Beautiful, entertainment is Wonderful . If you have any issues, they act immediately! Very welcoming environment! Will enjoy camping here for years to come. THANK YOU BOTH and your staff for such a wonderful experience!❤️

Stayed Memorial Day weekend, first off i will say they called and asked if we wanted to move dates because of rain, and would credit us for the rain weekend. That was great i don’t know of any other campground to do that. However there is very little things for kids to do. My kids brought bikes, the place is hills, the female owner came over and told us our kids were not allowed to play in a pile of stone and ride the bikes down the hills. Now mind you, the whole campground is hills. We went with a group of 3 with a total of 10 kids. The male owner was helpful during check in and very nice. There was a seasonal camper playing music, which is fine u until it was screaming about “titties” ect and the owner claimed she can’t control what music they are blasting throughout the campground . I hate to be a Karen over the music, however i have kids from 4-16 listening. I don’t need the Easy influenced children listening to that. Lastly, we went to leave after the long weekend of rain on Monday. Monday was a holiday. Monday the owners were no where to be found with a tractor with 5 stuck trucks in my area of the campground. Annoying to say the least. Definitely a great campground for older seasonal people that like to relax at the camper Response to owner- ironically, i don’t drink. Your response clearly shows you have no ambitions on helping your guests. Your tractor is plenty big enough to hook a rope up, but apparently was not available till noon? And what time is check out? Ahhh it’s at noon. My kids were instructed not to go onto the main road, however in the campground that’s a 5mph speed limit and not a race track. You have many other reviews that are not so good. So instead of being an asshat, why don’t you listen to your guests, get the stick out of ur butt and let kids be kids?

First time experiencing the lodge at the Jam at the Ridge. Thursdays are special dinner plates for only ten bucks a plate! We visited the lodge and had the corn beef and cabbage plates. Delicious! The corn beef was nice and tender potatoes creamy cabbage and carrots cooked to perfection. And for dessert we had to try the home made pies!! I chose the peanut blossom my husband the chocolate creme. And it wasn't the usual tiny slices of pie that some resturants serve. Nice large slices. The server was friendly fast with serving resturant was clean and tables were placed in proper distancing. The cook came out to introduce herself to us and was helpful. Jam in the Ridge hosts concerts starting in May and there's all kinds of paraphernalia hanging on the walls. Also they have keroke for folks who are interested. We will return for dinner and looking forward to the concerts. Thank you Jam At The Ridge. I give you 5 stars

We arrived late night at the campground due to work schedules. We were attending a local wedding about 12 miles away. I must say, not knowing what to expect, when morning broke we realized that we were in a beautiful campground. Two camp employees that I must recognize are Sabrina and Kellie. From the beginning they couldn’t be any more helpful, assuring us that our campsite was easy to pull into for our late arrival. They actually called us on the way up to make sure we were all set. We had a fantastic lunch at their restaurant where both Sabrina and Kellie educated us on the area and this campground and what it has to offer with their concerts and activities. We WILL return to this campground with our family next year. We were totally impressed. Thank you

A half hour after we checked in they started digging a trench around our camper, to upgrade the water line. They wouldn't finish till three days later. They could have asked if we wanted to move to a different spot. They said that they would turn the water off for a little while at about 3-4 PM. We had no water to wash dishes or showers. After 9:15 PM I tested and found that they never turned it back on. (They forgot!) I mentioned to this to the staff and they said they would let the owners know, but we never heard from them. Very disappointed and more so - as it's not a cheap campground. Pictures day of arrival Friday, and trench by us not filled till Sunday. So communication could have been much better. --- Well its been a month later, no followup email from The Jam at the Ridge after saying they would contact me via email, nor have we received any credits. So a little weak in customer care. I am sure they do a great business in the summer, looks like they have some good events there. We will not be going back. ---

Awesome small outdoor venue. All spots have great views and close to stage, but be prepared for only a few food/drink options. One thing to be prepared for do NOT show up early: you can't tailgate at their designated off-site parking. We were told we couldnt even eat pizza at our truck or they would call the sheriff's for trespassing. Only to arrive at a venue with very limited food options.

Great concert venue! Plenty of space on the lawn. Loved the shuttle service. Could have had more food vendors to keep the lines down but that's the only complaint.
