This is my second time to visit. The 1st time we were in an RV for 4 days and it was great! There are so many things to do. Basketball, pickle ball, mini golf, 3 pools, kids splash pad area and my favorite, the lazy river. There are several large bathrooms with showers and an adjoining laundry room (didn't go in the laundry room) that are always very clean and accommodating. The second time we stayed in one of the "cabins" which is more like a little townhouse. It was very nice with a couch and TV area as you walk in, then a little kitchen with all appliances included. Down from that is a large walk in shower with a tree that stretches over and provides the overhead rain shower to compliment the wall mounted shower head. A very large cabinet area with sink and large mirror. Two adjoining rooms, Master bedroom with King size bed and a room with two bunk beds. Both rooms have a little closet. All very nice. The only issue we had was that the floor is giving in at the area in front of the master bd room. You can't really see it until you step on it and it sinks in quite a bit. It is really kinda a hazard and needs to be addressed but still not a deal killer. It is very high up on stilts so when the wind is blowing hard you can feel it sway a bit, but it is not and issue, you can just feel it at times, not that it feels unsafe. Also a nice deck area with table and chairs when you first come up the stairs (I forgot to mention). Over all this place is great for the whole family with something for everyone. Great friendly and helpful staff. I really can't say enough good about this place and am leaving out alot of the activities and other amenities. Just go check it out for yourself and you won't be disappointed, unless you are the type that is always disappointed no matter what 😜 .

If you have a dog, please read this. We have stayed here every summer for years. Our last stay was for 2 weeks in July 2025. As others have mentioned, the oleanders are way too big and need pruning. The leaves and flowers blow every where. There was no place that I could walk my dog, without Oleander leaves and flowers being there. My dog even tried to pick up some Oleander flowers that had blown off the plant. Very scary! Did you know that even the dried leaves and dried flowers are poisonous? Also, no one picks up their dog poop anymore. Nothing seems to be enforced here anymore. We had our black dog fence put up in our yard, and someone let their dog poop in our yard right outside our gate and didn't bother to pick it up. Who does that! We will not be returning. It is definitely not the place it used to be. What a shame

Definitely one of our favorite resorts to visit. We have had the opportunity to stay here many times and enjoy each one as if it was our first the amenities are outstanding, the staff very pleasant and the location can’t be beat. They have a variety of pools to choose from as well as access to the beach on the other side of the road. Play a little putt putt golf, and check out the giant turtles in their area. This is always been a guaranteed pleasant place to stay.

We have been coming here for several years, & although it is a nice resort with great amenities it is getting run down. It’s great for those that love to be in the water, but we have a 2 yr old that just wants to splash ard & the splash pad is VERY dangerous. Needs to be plastic & more for little kids. Jump pad has no lights in the evening for kids, no shade in dog areas, tiny little playground with NO shade. This place could be a lot better.

We recently stayed at this RV park and overall had a great experience! The location is absolutely unbeatable—just a short, easy walk to both the beach and the bay, offering stunning views that made for a truly relaxing getaway. The park itself is very well maintained in terms of cleanliness and landscaping, and we appreciated the care that clearly goes into keeping the grounds looking nice. However, some of the facilities are starting to show their age and could definitely benefit from updates and better upkeep. There’s so much potential here! A little reinvestment—especially into the pool area, restrooms, and common spaces—could elevate this park into a true next-level resort. We also saw opportunities for added amenities that could enhance the guest experience and increase revenue, like reimagining the bar space or even adding a small cafe or snack shack for those hot poolside afternoons. One downside was the section in the back where a handful of full-time residents are set up. Unfortunately, several of these sites were quite rundown, with broken-down vehicles and RVs that really clash with the upscale resort feel being advertised. That said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return. With a few improvements and more consistent standards throughout the park, this place could easily become a premier coastal destination. Also worth noting—Verizon cell service was reliable throughout the park.
