We have thoroughly enjoyed our stays at Jefferson Campground, having visited four times this year, and we eagerly anticipate our return next season. The campground is exceptionally clean, peaceful, and offers level sites, reliable Wi-Fi, and wonderful owners. The new owners are doing an excellent job of making improvements and organizing enjoyable events. Our daughter particularly loved their Halloween weekend, especially the haunted hayride. This is a fantastic campground, conveniently located near Santa's Village and the mountains. We highly recommend it!

Visited in August and had a wonderful experience! The owners were so welcoming, and the pool was fantastic. My son had a great time playing with the other kids. The store was well-stocked with plenty of snacks and helpful brochures about local attractions. We’ll definitely be back!

What a fantastic family camping experience. From the beautiful clear pool., playground to the evening hayride behind the restored Ford tractor. My stay was filled with meeting fantastic friendly people. There’s a small country store on premises. RV hookups at a large number of sites. Tent camping is available. It it conveniently located close to town and Mount Washington. There are abundant trails and nature is never far away.

Campground is quiet, with spacious sites and very friendly staff. Located next to Santa's Village and other activities this campground was a good find for a two night stay. We have full hookup with 50amp service. Reasonably priced for the area. Dogs are very welcome. ❤️🐕🎅

This was our second time staying here. The owners are just wonderful people. They go above and beyond for services. The campground is very clean and well kept. There is plenty of space for our motorhome and toad. There are lots of places to sightsee nearby. The pool was heavenly to relax in after a day of sightseeing. I definitely would recommend this campground.

Been here five years in a row. In 2020 owners were managing from away and only has 1/3 capacity due to Covid - restrooms were closed and only people with restrooms in their campers could stay, but we were able to score a travel trailer from the in laws and were were able to stay. First site we booked was not very clean, has some trash and broken glass (can’t blame the owners as they were managing by proxy) called the owners and asked if we could change sites, they were very accommodating and willing to work with us. Our new site had the best view in the house. We had such a great time that we ended up staying a few extra nights. Returned in 2021 with our pop up as restrictions in NH were eased. We were the only pop up in the water/electric area for the weekend so the owners let us utilize all four sites - bathrooms were really clean and showers were hot. Kids loved the pool (pool is great!) and the playground. All sites have picnic tables and fire rings. Sites were very clean and maintained. Campground WiFi is top notch. Very reasonably priced. Great views of the presidential range. Wonderful owners. Quiet and family friendly. Lots of stuff to do and places to go in this area. Plan on returning in 2025 for a sixth straight year.

Very good experience for the price. Traveled 30 minutes to get to Cog railway to Mt Washington. Not too far from local small businesses with a couple of larger ones, like Walmart Supercenter. They have close lined up RV sites. We selected site 21 near the bathrooms, which were clean but in need of some upgrading. Very old plywood and tile. Appreciated the manager and owners kicking out some rowdy political guys who decided rules were for others. They also had some really cool isolated tent sites in the back area.

Great campground! Facilities were clean, camp site was secluded with plenty of room, price was perfect, and check-in was super easy. It was also nice not having to see political flags flying like you see at lots of other campgrounds. If I'm ever in the area again, I won't hesitate to book another stay.

Friendly owners and staff. Incredibly quiet (most campers were asleep by 9pm), quaint campground with nice grassy sites and views of Mount Washington from many RV sites. Most of the the tent sites are beautiful, wooded sites that offer privacy. Bathrooms were clean but need updating- we were told that's on the owners list of renovations. We were touring the area during the day but found the pool, playground and dog walking trails perfect. We also lucked out with some live music one afternoon which was awesome. Highly recommend camping here if you're hiking or doing day trips in the area!

My family has stayed here many times and have always found the owners and employees to be very professional and helpful. They go out of their way to make campers feel welcomed and comfortable. They do have rules to protect themselves and to insure that all campers have a pleasant camping experience. Read the rules, follow the rules, everyone gets along.

My family and I stayed there for the Columbus Day weekend and we had a great experience. Beautiful and quiet campsite near Santa’s Village, Mt Washington and Wildcat Mountain. Bathroom, Shower room and laundry are well maintained and clean. They also have fun stuff for kids at the playground and pets are allowed. Affordable price comparing to others. Great people like Dedra (if I spell correctly) and Andy are always welcoming, friendly and attentive. Worth driving 8 hours from Penn to this campsite. I don’t do comments usually but this is definitely a 5 stars and it is highly recommended.

It's such a great place to RV or tent camping. Open atmosphere with wonderful views of the mountains. The new owners are super helpful and eager to make our stay a memorable experience. Quiet in the late day but have playground and pool for the kids during the daytime. They are setting up a store within the office this year so no worries about getting the essentials. Direct roads to all the sites. Higher recommended for camping out for a short stay or all summer.
