Jenny's Creek Family Campground

My husband, dogs and I had a great night camping here! We booked one of the primitive tent sites on the creek. We had plenty of space and never felt like we were too close to others. After about 9-10pm, people stopped driving by and the evening was really quiet. The spots all had firepits that worked great. The man working in the visitor center was very nice and the center had all the little fixin’s you might need. It was nice that they had bundles of firewood too. The bathrooms were a little rough, but I expect as much from a campground. I would definitely recommend this place!

If you want a family friendly place to go camping this is it! Whether it is rustic tent camping by the creek, RV or Yurt camping this place has it all! My family and I have been here several times over the years and we have always had an amazing time! The owners are truly wonderful people and are always so helpful! Highly recommend!

We stayed here this past weekend in one of the primitive camping spots right on the creek and the location was absolutely perfect. We also got to be a part of the trick or treaters which was adorable. The facilities are all well maintained and cleaned. We only had one complaint while we were there and it was the noise. There is no quiet time and a few of our neighbors took full advantage of this. They came to their site late, stayed up drinking super late and were up at 5 am slamming doors so not the most peaceful night of sleep. Also, trash pickup was at 10PM in some random car blasting music. If you aren't a super light sleeper than you will be fine. I would definitely stay here again.

We visited Jenny’s creek campground for a family camping trip! First time for most of us camping and we cannot express how cute and quaint this little campground was! There is a nice playground for the kids to play, ducks/rabbits to feed/pet, a cute pond and a little creek with such cool crisp clean water to play in! We rented a tent space that backed up to the creek and it was pretty affordable with picnic tables and a fire pit at every site! The staff was so friendly and nice and their cute little store has everything you could need for a camping trip minus a few things. But the dollar general or Aldi is just a few miles down the road! We then went into Helen Ga to do some gem mining with the kids as well as hiking on yonah mountain! It was an overall great trip and will absolutely be spending our time and money at Jenny’s creek campground again!!!! Thank you for a memorable weekend away!

Very well maintained, quiet campground. We had a wonderful campsite with plenty of room for the dogs. Owners very friendly. Bathhouse was clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again. Convenient to Cleveland, Helen, Dahlonega. We found great places to eat, fun things to do and many antique malls in the area to browse. It was a very relaxing and fun stay.

It is a good place to stay if you prefer to be in a quiet, relaxing environment. I had a tent campsite right next to the stream. Listening to the water run was very relaxing for me. I just lost my husband and this was a good place for me to be for solitude. You can sit out at night and enjoy the stars and quietness. Very strict on there rule for quiet time hours. I will be back.

We found Jenny’s by chance while planning a last minute camping trip to Helen, Georgia in November of 2021. We only stayed one night and camped in a tent. We found the grounds to be clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The on-site shop had all of the items needed for camping. We had such a great experience that we planned to return to Jenny’s for a longer stay when we travel to Helen. We returned to Jenny’s for our Valentine’s weekend and stayed in one of their Yurts for three nights. We had never stayed in a Yurt, so we looked at the photos on line to get an idea of what to expect. We were several hours late due to traffic, but the owner was friendly and helpful upon our arrival. He happily provided us with a map of the area and keys to our unit. When we finally got to the Yurt, we were pleasantly surprised at how spacious the unit was. It was immaculate and had everything one might need for a few nights away from home. There is a queen bed as well as a bunk bed the easily sleeps three additional people. The property was well maintained and the camping sites were spaced appropriately for privacy. We were warm and comfortable in the Yurt even though the temperatures dipped below freezing overnight. We had a great time and plan to return the in the spring to experience the area during warmer weather.

Extremely Friendly, beautiful camp grounds. Stayed for a month due to working in the area. Everything was clean, well maintained, and just all around a good time. Highly recommend.

We had a great time at Jenny’s Creek Family Campground! Great arcade for the kids! It was perfect for the rainy days and nights! The showers were hot! Joyce was a wonderful host! Thanks for a great time!

Very nice campground and workers/owners. Park is definitely family friendly. Sites have plenty of room we will gladly stay here again when we're in the area.
