The landlord us a slum lord he only wants ti be a landlord when rent is do will not fix anything we had no heat all winter now its starting to get hot an my ac isn't wrking there's 15 trailers an all of the are run down he has his maintenance men wrking on his house getting his pool ready for the summer wrking on gis flowet beds an a hand full of other things around his house he's a slum lord has all of us over paying for these run down trailer that arent fit to be lived in .So if your looking for a place to move to dont pick anything owned by Steve Stiffe
