This was one of the smallest yet most peaceful campgrounds we've been to. The view of the lake was amazing. The water pressure is awesome and the water was soft and yummy. The grounds were very clean and all amenities were well maintained.

Beautiful scenery. Quiet. And honestly, the best public restroom/shower facilities! Better than most restaurants.

Rv park so no rooms as far as I know. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Nice lake for kayaking and fishing. Playground and pickle ball courts. Bathrooms are clean. Very nice place.

This is not for those who want to camp in tents. This is an RV park with mostly long term residences. Our site wasn’t mowed recently so it had tall weeds and grass throughout. We were Sandwiched between a resident RV and a tent with a tarp draped over it all weekend. The two benefits were the location, bathroom house was clean and the lake nearby for swimming. The actual “campground” are a couple of rustic sites next to a public park that includes a playground, baseball diamond, and pickle ball courts. So expect to see locals just pulling up for their kids baseball game. Won’t be returning here.

Great place! Not educated on service dog laws, especially an off leash working SD. Argued with me, I urge them to read up on the Americans With Disability Act, as they are not a privately owned campground, ADA is federal law there for, my dog can be working. my K9 is task trained to be off leash so I can worry about where I’m going to be sick.

Great place, starting to look more pretty and modern every since Christopher TerHaar took over the management. Great work, Christopher, Beth, Carter and tnt really made that place look nice! super friendly environment, Beth lady in store/office is super helpful, kind and sweet as well, this is a 5 star place in my opinion for 25 percent less than everywhere else around in oceana county/Silver Lake area.

This was a cool park we traveled almost an hour to get here for the kiddo to play. We just wanted to go somewhere different and it was fun we had a good time we all played on the tester totters and they had this round bouncy shaky thing that was cool and we also played on there slides they had there. And there was also a large field next to the he park where you could play or fly a kite or whatever

We are new seasonals this year and the staff has went out of their way to welcome us and accommodate us. Beth is friendly and always takes the time to chat a bit when you see her. Carter is so helpful and friendly. We've already made friends that make us feel like family!

Campground is 90% seasonal campers. We stayed 4 nights through the week, therefore was pretty quiet, and our campsite #61 was large and spacious. It is a shame this county park has a lot of potential. Seasonal campers have stuff piled up around campsite. The grounds itself need maintenance, weeds. Nice beach area but weeds growing up through the sand. The only positives, good wifi, walking distance to downtown, the camp hosts are super, nice small walking trail and the lake has good fishing.

Absolutely so grateful that this park was available and that they were so willing to change trip dates to add more. Helping my daughter out with her kids, while she recovered from surgery. Her apt was just up the road!! Stayed 2 weeks and could walk back and forth as needs occurred. Very quiet, clean, great playground, terrific staff. Would definitely stay at this wonderful gem again! Thank you.

They have a bathroom! This is big for us because we have a daughter. The park is large but fenced in for safety. We loved it

Very accommodating with a last minute one day stay. Highly recommended by friends and I can see why. Welcoming with many, many amenities. Would be great for short or long stays both.

Camping here was kind of a mixed bag. There was no clear divider lines for the neighboring camp lots so anybody can (and had) walked right into your camp to get around, the restrooms were hardly clean (I almost preferred to go in the woods), and the showers were quite run down and probably needed to be updated. The biggest issue I had was how far you have to travel to get supplies if you were careless enough to forget anything (not to mention their lacking and overpriced store that only accepts cash). I understand that camping is a traditional thing, but the campgrounds could stand to be a bit more modern if they have any hope of ever convincing me to return. The only saving grace was the fact my family had fun and most of them plan to return next year, but I would really have to convince them to try somewhere else before then.
