We just purchased our 2026 2706BH Rockwood Ultra Light travel trailer at Johnston RV Center. Mason showed us everything on their lot that we wanted to look at! He was very knowledgeable on all the campers and clenched our decision to choose a Rockwood. Marcus was so helpful in finding out changes and details of the 2026 models to help us make our decision. We placed our order with him and as soon at it arrived on their lot Mason called me to let me know it was there and sent pictures. These two salesmen worked together to help us and we were so impressed with their professionalism. When we picked up the camper Dylan had it cleaned up and plugged in with everything running for our inspection. He was patient and got all our questions answered. Austin also answered techinical questions and tweaked minor issues inside and we really appreciate his expertise and help. Will is the money man and you couldn’t ask for a smoother buying process. Everyone we came in contact with was so helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend Johnston RV Center if you’re looking for a camper. We went to other dealers around Alabama and Johnston RV has the best team around!

Best place to purchase a camper! We just made our second purchase from Johnston. Despite some manufacturers (no fault of Johnston) issues, Johnston quickly and efficiently fixed everything. We are more than pleased and will be back for our next purchase. The lifetime warranty is a great perk! The annual service required is easy to schedule and always very quick and efficient. Marcus (sales), William (finance) and Dylan (service) were all top notch!

From start to finish, my experience with Johnston RV in Cullman was absolutely top-notch. Whole experience was awesome! Great place to buy a camper, from Nick reach out from sales and beating a competitors price, to Dylan showing us the camper and all the features of it, and top it off Sarah in finance making it quick and informative. Awesome team and well recommend everyone to them!

Well I can't say enough. I was dealing with Marcus. From the get go he was on top of things. He did a great job finding the camper that we wanted and getting it to us in a timely manner. We went down this afternoon and picked it up. We had a great walk though with Austin. He went over our unit with us and described what things were and what the function was. From the rv jack to the winterizing pump and all in between. If I'd buy another rv I'm going back to see them.

I purchased a new camper from Johnston RV in Cullman on 9/16/2021. The staff there are service oriented people from the front desk to the service men outside (I felt like I was at chick fil-A)! The finance manager Brandon was personable and funny and my salesman Marcus was new (we were his first sale). We did have a miscommunication about out tow package which kept us from being able to pull off the lot. However, Marcus and 2 other service men went above and beyond to install the additional parts that was needed to safely pull our new RV home and we couldn’t be more happy and appreciate! Thank you Johnston RV for NOT being like other big name RV dealers in town!

The only person who could wait on me at the parts counter was the nice lady who also had to answer the phone. Might have had the part I needed but who knows. She did her best. They do have a good selection of RV things.

We ordered a camper in March and was told it may take a couple of months. We were fine with that but let them know we had a trip the 1st week in July. Went to check on it last week and was told that it has a VIN but could not tell us anything else. Newl never picked up the phone to see if he could find any other information. We just asked for deposit back and let him know that we would still like to have them do the service when we got our new camper from another company. He then said that they would not turn us away but that we would come after their customers. .
