The worst RV place ever! 2024 the whole camper was totaled out, so many leaks , I'm glad to be rid of one of the biggest mistakes of my life , buying a RV at JOHNSTON RV. The first review I did was, 4 or 5 years for Johnston RV ,Don't GO There!! 5 years ago we bought a camper from Johnston RV , we've had trouble from week one , actually day 1 , only people that was genuinely nice was customers . Well I'm back after 5 years and Johnston RV is just as bad or worse, I've heard ,from rv mobile repair people , they said 75% is correcting Johnston RV mistakes, months after we bought it , roof got a staple in it , well evidently Johnston don't know how to put a roof on they didn't seal around the edges of slideout, so we've leaked for years , our slideout not set properly by Johnston's. , oh refrigerator had to be replaced , water leaks have caused damage to edges of floor . Oh and found out that Johnston RV still making money off you , they get interest $$$ off the loan. Not to mention they rip you off Home of Lifetime Warranty thats a big joke !!! And they are very rude. Once you drive off that lot , pray you got a camper that's leak free, I saw an article where you need a rv tech to inspect ,it's costly and Johnston don't like it , but can't stop it ! but worth it . Because their walkthroughs are pushed through they don't care, I've heard from a lot of buyers in the last 5 years and rv repair techs , that say NEVER buy from Johnston RV ! I'm not a fly by reviewer , I've done quite a few, oh and the repair bills $$$$$$$$$ Johnston still laughing all the way to the bank You really have to get into deep research when choosing an rv dealer, Don't Choose Johnston RV Don't Let "Home of the Life time warranty " take your money , their smart mouthed lady receptionist told me to just go on down the road after they ripped us off ! Take it from me , do as she said , GO ON Down the Road ! The service department from cullman came out right after we purchased , smeared sealant all over the walls , tracked red mud all over the camper, and was very angry he had to come out. And I was charged a lot of money to hear him say “ they all leak even airstreams “ it was so rude

Traveling from Indiana to Florida. 2 moms headed to the beach for an escape this week. We stopped for gas and a kind gentleman informed me, my right tire was making a horrible sound in my travel trailer. After inspection of the said tire, we heard the rattle and grinding. It was 8am on a Saturday morning. We are in unfamiliar territory not only with the tire situation but also hours from home. Thankfully we were just a short drive to Johnson RV repair in Cullman, Alabama. After explaining our situation Smitty said he could check it over for us right away.They were very busy but took the time to help us. Smitty discovered a broken spring that holds the brake shoes together. Smitty and Joe took the time to explain everything and show us what they were doing. What could have been a few days wait only took them an hour or so to fix. I want to extend my gratitude to Doug the service manager, Smitty, and Joe for being so helpful and kind and helping us reach our destination and not breaking the bank. If you’re ever in need of repairs definitely stop by!

If you're looking for a great deal on a camper this is the place for you. We purchased our first camper from here and we absolutely love it. The only thing I would suggest is do your research on the types of campers you want before hand, possibly the manufacturer. There are alot of groups on Facebook that can help you make a good decision. And when you're ready these great people will help you get the finance and the right fit for you!
