My family and I stayed here over two years. The property manager and her husband here are great people that make sure the campground is clean and properly maintained. There's a dog park for your pets. Laundry facilities. Clean showers and bathrooms. A fellowship hall they hold events in. There's a man-made pond in the back with fish. You can fish, but if you catch any you have to release them. There's also volleyball. Need ice? There's an ice machine there, too!! Highly recommend this RV resort!!

The management is incredible. This is our first time staying an extended period of time (3 months) at an RV park. When I tell you because of the service we have received here, and just the community/neighborly atmosphere. We are going to have a hard time ever leaving and dont plan to for awhile. Staying here is a must if youre going to visit Florida anytime soon, its an hour from several beaches and 20-30 mins from Disney on a busy day. Not to mention a mile from a Walmart & Publix and plenty of fast food places across the road. Don't rob yourself of a great experience and over pay for a tourist trap somewhere else.

Updated Review: old one at very bottom. Honest review. Over the past 1.5 years, I’ve seen many improvements in this community. Management is actively making changes, enforcing rules, and working hard to create a welcoming environment. While there are still some challenges, there are also many positives that make this a unique place to live. Shawna, Jessica and Jimmy, are friendly, and genuinely invested in making this a great place to live. They handle concerns face-to-face in a respectful and professional manner. • Helpful They offering tools for yard cleanup, picking up yard waste, trimming branches, and removing bushes upon request. Their dedication to keeping the park well-maintained is evident. Better Rule Enforcement & Upgrades: Management has become more involved, and ongoing updates are being made to try and improve the community. Mail Security: USPS mail is now safely sorted and stored in the office, while non-USPS packages (Amazon, FedEx, UPS) are delivered directly to your site. Locked mailboxes are expected one day they said. RV Spot Customization: The large lots allow for personalization. We were able to add lots of landscaping and a garden with management’s approval, making our space feel like home. As long as you groom your site and are on top of it. (Renters who don’t stay on top get notices to clean up). I Added a 10x12 she shed for crafting. Also small tool shed. Have a gazebo and outside chill areas. Kiddy pool in summer. Community Engagement: They’ve introduced events like garage sales and karaoke nights, which bring people together and help foster a true sense of community. Which are adding more and now just trying to add variety. Things to Keep in Mind: • Electricity and water Costs: While still on the higher side, with lots of taxes added. We installed a mini-split significantly reduced our bill (from $150–$260/month to $50–$150). A new $25 utilities fee was added due to damage to the system from some one sabotage system. Been on every renter bill in park for over a year. While yes water is free right now per site. In near future will be put on city water and will have a bill. Hopefully city water won’t smell like rotten eggs like it does sometimes now. Even with filter on everything. • Traffic: The traffic in this area can be very frustrating all day long, especially with new developments and a hospital under construction next to park. However, this isn’t the park’s fault. Overall Atmosphere & Amenities: • Well-Maintained & Clean: The park grounds are tidy and well-kept, with management staying on top of maintenance. • Pet-Friendly Community: The park is extremely dog-friendly, and all the pets here have been well-behaved. If you love dogs, you’ll find plenty of furry friends (and free dog love) throughout the park! • Clean Facilities: The community bathrooms are well-maintained, and the washers/dryers, while a bit pricey, are convenient. • Outdoor Space & Wildlife: The park has a volleyball court (never seen anyone use it), two fishing lakes (though we haven’t had much luck fishing), and beautiful wildlife—sandhill cranes in the mornings, turtles and birds in the afternoons, and owls and armadillos in the evenings. Still no pool, patiently waiting. • Great Location: Just 20-30 miles from theme parks and 45 mins to 1 hr plus drive time with traffic to Disney to all theme parks, making it a great spot for those who want to be close to the parks. As someone who has lived here for nearly two years, I’ve seen firsthand how management is constantly working to improve the community. They care about the residents, take complaints seriously, and are making an effort to create a welcoming, inclusive environment. There is no racism here—everyone is treated with respect. If they continue on this path, this park will only get better with time. While there are still areas that could be improved, it’s clear that management is making an effort to address concerns and enhance the community.

I don’t get all of the hate against this place. We didn’t have any problems at all during our 2 week long stay here and we look forward to coming back later this fall. The water seemed fine to us. Plus, who doesn’t use a water filter for their rig?? It’s a must have no matter how nice a camp’s water might be at the time. You definitely can’t blame this place for the traffic! 😂 that’s just all of Orlando really. This place was super quiet and tucked away behind a gate. We had hardly any interaction with management so no pros or cons there. Some of the staff working the grounds would stop and talk and they were great!! We love hearing the history of a place and what the future plans are for it. The back in space we had was PLENTY big enough for our rig, so no issues at all there. I know you can’t pick your neighbors but thankfully ours were awesome! They were incredibly nice and our dogs and kiddos got along just fine, which made it even more fun for us. We all felt safe during our stay and that’s something we can’t always say at other places like KOA who sometimes don’t care who comes to stay. (Looking at you DC KOA) To the staff if you read this: I think it would be ok to raise rates. Crazy right 🤪 who says take more of my money? I say that because It might help with future plans and bring in different tenants. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we look forward to coming back later 😁

This is the most comfortable rv park I've experienced after traveling across the eastern USA several times. The staff and facilities are 100% Green Book friendly! They are always cordial, yet they have the enforced usual rules that must be abided by every resident. The lots are full hookups and are very large, easily accommodating any size rv. Plenty of space between each lot. The restrooms are clean and well maintained. Laundry facilities are modern and clean. There's a huge enclosed dog park. They have a club house where planned activities take place. The mail is placed in your box located within the office, while packages are delivered to your lot. Being a senior veteran, my health-care concerns are alleviated by the construction of a facility right next door. Nearby, there is a large park and aquatic center with a year round heated pool. Also closely located is the Disney Wilderness Area perfect for biking, hiking, and bird watching. There are several options close by for grocery shopping. I was especially delighted by the Christmas parade on the last Eve, followed by hot chocolate around the large fire pit. The park is in the process of expanding, adding more lots in the near future. The secure entrance gate with your own clicker or code makes me feel safer. I have experienced rv parks from New Hampshire to New Orleans, and this park easily tops them all, especially when it comes to feeling safe and comfortable. I highly recommend this park for your pleasant camping adventure.
