Best place to stay. We have been coming here for several years & absolutely love it. Jolly Roger has everything a camper family is looking for in an RV park. Nice sites, pool, boat slips, boat ramp, fish cleaning station, docks to fish off of, laundry mat, dog friendly with a nice fenced in dog park. Highly Recommended!

We stayed on the Marina side in our travel trailer and absolutely loved it. The grounds were extremely clean, staff was extremely friendly. The price was just right could not ask for a better camping site.

Just stayed there for first weekend of rec. Lobster. We stayed in site 69 and loved it. To me one of the best sites on the grounds if you have kids. It's towards the front of park right next to the pool. Nice pull threw. The sites are nice and love the grass. Some site can get tight getting in and out. If people have a full site next to you there might be a chance you can't get in or out. So patience play a big part. I was actually pretty impressed with how easy it was to level out being on a grass lot. The grounds team does a great job on keeping the place tip top shape. They are hard workers and keep the place looking 5 star. They dont even let a wrapper blow around. Only 2bad things that could really affect your stay there. 1. if you have a really big rig or trailer pick your spot strategically. Like I said there are some really tight spots that big rig might or might not get threw. 2. The palm trees on the corners of roads. I dont really get why there would be palm trees on the corners of the streets that you have to turn down to get to your lot or go to the boat ramp on site. Like I said you got some big toys. You have to plan strategically, or you can get yourself in a real bind. The facility might want to consider taking some of them palms off the edge of turning corners. It would make it a lot easier to get around. By all and all. We love it and will be back again. PS. They have great shirts. Must buy. Who ever is doing the shirts and stuff in the gift shop keep up the good work. The whole family got some.

We were here for the 2-day, Mini Lobster & found a Super friendly, knowledgeable and nice staff along with a Great Marathon, Florida location! The resort is no more than 10 minutes from anything you may need (or forgot) on a getaway! They easily accommodated our 40' RV with no problems at all. Within the park there are wide easy to negotiate turns, wonderful full service hookups including a paved pad with a picnic table! Most lots are convenient to a large dog park, the pool, boat docks, ramp, hang out area & swimming - snorkel area!

We are Floridians that love our state and travel in our RV a lot! We go to the Keys every year for a month and usually stay in Key Largo. This year we decided to stay in Marathon and chose Jolly Roger as the RV park we’d stay at. Well….SO glad we did!! The staff is beyond amazing, always so kind and helpful. The park is so well maintained and sites are generously sized. We are staying in a bay front site that took our breath away by the view. They have a great pool, a large area to watch sunsets and a huge tiki for gatherings, a roped off area to swim in the bay and a boat ramp. We love the watercraft wash area, awesome to not have to muddy up our site to wash down our skis. We will now ALWAYS stay at Jolly Roger!!!

This campsite is amazing the staff is the most friendly and professional people you will ever encounter. The amenities are well maintained and is super quite and peaceful. I highly recommend this place. The sites are a tight fit but this is to be expected near the ocean. Thanks for such great hospitality!

This was the first time at this RV park. We stayed for a month and had a wonderful time. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a nice pool that was plenty warm in February. All the RV sites had a 8x10 brick or cement pad with a picnic table. Full hookup with cable TV and great WiFi. There is a great beach area to sit and watch the sunset and a nice pier to do some fishing. There is a roped off swimming area to snorkle in and see plenty of fish and lobsters. We looked at other RV parks throughout the Keys and nothing is as nice as this. Plenty of nearby shopping and activities. We have our reservation to go back next year!

I believe this will be our fifth or sixth year at Jolly Roger. We are lucky enough to have a waterfront spot. It is such a beautiful and relaxing resort. Beautiful large tiki hut for games, meals, etc. Beautiful waterfront, man-made beach for relaxing in the sun or shade . Lots of things to do, like biking, all water sports, swimming, snorkeling. The most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. Everyone in the park goes to the waterfront at sunset to watch it and to socialize. We have met friends that we have for life at Jolly Roger. The office and maintenance staff are very nice. We also love that we’re able to bring our 2 dogs. We love Marathon, since it is halfway down to Key West and there is just about everything available on that key. Lots of restaurants that we love and two grocery stores to choose from. Highly recommend this RV park.

We are giving this Park a One Star rating but we want to be clear, the staff should get five stars because they made it right with us. Planned a three night stay and arrived just as the office was closing. Got our site number - 141 - and map to it. First thing we notice was the roads were TIGHT, and that is saying something since we are towing a small 18 TT. Reached our site (a back in) and immediately thought no way in hell am I fitting in there. To start, there was a self drive in 140 with a tow vehicle that had parked across the front of their site, right on the edge of the road and on the border of our site. In 142, a van had parked close to the edge of the road (the concrete patios are actually set back about 10 from the road edge) so you get the idea I was having to thread the needle backing our rig in. The icing on the cake was the LARGE rig across the road from us. They had parked their get around town vehicle along the road edge basically eliminating any means of backing a trailer into our site. I drove around and thought, I would at least go back and try. One thing I noticed was how the hell were some of these rigs going to get out of their site?. Everyone had a vehicle right along the road, so no idea how some of these rigs were going to leave. Overall feel of a trailer park, not a high end RV park. So, back at our site I stopped and again thought how the hell???? Guy across the road was standing there and obviously saw the problem but made zero effort to make an offer to move his vehicle. That late, no way were we getting into another RV park, but we did find a nearby hotel where we spent a miserable night. I did leave a rather brash voice mail that night on the office recorder. Next morning early, I started looking for another Park and luckily found one. More expensive, but after we arrived we were happy with the switch. I also called and left another voice mail with Jolly Roger and sent them an email explaining what happened. As I said, the staff stepped up and we got a full refund. That said, I have no idea how this Park has gotten such a high rating. Sites were tight, rigs were right on top of each other. Very narrow road. We camped at Jolly Roger RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

My wife, two children and I are new to the RV life and new to the Florida Keys. We recently stayed at the Jolly Roger RV Resort and had an excellent experience. The staff, specifically Jen who worked the front desk and Michael who worked outside were amazing. Jen treated my family as they were hers and Michael helped my 10 year old son with fishing tips and catching bait as he loves fishing. The park was kept clean, staff and other campers were extremely professional and friendly! I would recommend this RV Park to anyone looking to stay in the Marathon area, you will not be disappointed!

I hate to recommend this place because I am selfish. The staff has always been so kind and accommodating. You have to realize they deal with so many people who may not be so kind. They have been great. And as far as I can tell there is no rv place where you can snorkel just feet from your campsite. The whole atmosphere is awesome. So. Stay away. Don’t go here. We want it to ourselves.

We stayed here for 10 days in November 2021. 8 days on the seawall and 2 days interior plus. Seawall site was great but very windy and the waves and seaweed come up onto the cement walkway. The tiki hut/island and fishing pier are nice. Restrooms and laundry areas were clean. Dog park was good. Most people were respectful and gave each other time to let their dogs run around for a few moments. Lots of bridges to go fishing nearby. Curry Hammock State Park was very nice to visit and do a little fishing. Unfortunately, very hard to book sites there. Bongo’s Botanical Beer Garden across the street and Island Fish Company not that far south. Winn Dixie is a bit longer drive south. Overall, this is a great resort and they are doing a good job. Keep it up management!

I spent four nights at the Jolly Roger RV Park in December with my family. The weather was perfect and we loved the park. They had a dog park for the dog owners so they were definitely pet friendly. We saw lots of marine life and iguanas. They have an area with sand and lots of shade (or sun if you prefer). Some of my family enjoyed snorkeling in a roped-off area. The other campers were friendly. It was like a small neighborhood. I highly recommend this campground.

Phoned in a reservation for the same night and the amazing Penny hooked us up! Ended up staying an extra day and loved every moment. Super close to a nice biking trail, fantastic atmosphere with lots to do. Heated pool, Tiki Bar, lounge and picnic area. Close to several State Parks! Penny's customer service was wonderful and really added to our stay as we felt we were in good hands. Will definitely visit again while in the Keys!

Wonderful time at Jolly Roger RV Resort. This was our 1st time staying there and we will definitely return. Great beach area to watch sunsets, docks and tiki. Private swim and snorkel area off of the seawall. Bathrooms are modern and clean. Nice heated pool. The resort is centrally located in the Keys so only an hour from Key West or Key Largo. Staff were all helpful and friendly.
