A over night stay, rustic, had full hookup but water line leaking so had to fill tank and turn off water. Gravel roads and sites. Seems to be more full timers.

This RV community is great! Has a great atmosphere and people! Has short and long term RV spots.

Edit: May 2025: Website still outdated (Still Not Good Sam Park, prices now $44/night). They do not take reservations, but despite showing up at 1530 on a Thursday afternoon employee said she didn’t think she could accommodate us for the night because of upcoming softball tournament. We could see 4 empty sites right in front of the park. She eventually agreed to give us site #14 and the other sites remained empty all night. Can no longer recommend this park. This RV park is located approximately 1 mile from Interstate 15 at exit 222. There’s both a Flying J and Maverick gas station with RV pumps at this exit. Despite the fact that this campground is listed as a Good Sam park on Good Sams app, the campgrounds website, and on the voicemail recording when you call the park, the employee in the office said they are NOT. There are zero discounts. It was $30/night. I was told they are a FCFS park and do not take reservations. The park itself is nothing fancy. The roads are gravel and the sites are fairly close together. There are a lot of permanent campers and not very well kept. Site #16 was towards the front of the park. It was long enough for our CRV to stay connected to our 37 foot class A. The employee did put out an orange cone towards the back of the car for some added safety. The power at the site worked well. The water spigot was pretty close to the ground that you may have to dig out some of the dirt to connect your hose. The sewer was towards the back of the site so an extra sewer hose was in order. I think the set up would be better for a truck towing a trailer or 5th wheel. Did not use the advertised wifi. Verizon signal was 3 bars LTE. Able to text, search the internet, and stream videos. There was a laundry room with 4 washers and 4 dryers ($1.50 for each load). Park also had restrooms and showers. The women’s restroom was dated, but clean. While not a destination campground, I would stay here again if passing through the area.

Horrible i lived here with my 2 kids and my 2 dogs and we got kicked out because of my one big dog. The old lady at the office is rude, nosey, talks badly about everyone in the park, about the park and people calling for a spot. She doesnt like big dogs. She doesnt like dogs at all. Her trailer is parked on the south end and has so many cats. Her cats will potty under trailers and makes them stink. She does not like kids. She has yelled at every kid i have seen there and she has made my 11 year old cry saying it would be his fault that we end up homeless. He hated to go out and play because of her. I had a camera up and when i was towards the end of moving out i left to run some errands she tried 2 times to get into the trailer. On video!! You can hear her trying to open the door. She told me one day “don't be to surprised if you come home one day and cant find your dog anywhere.” Both my dogs are ESA and the park says dog friendly. Only certain people are allowed to have their dogs off leash. She will say one thing and then next day say the opposite and then say “I can’t remember I’m old.”

I can't say enough good things about this RV trailer park. I found myself in a tight spot when my tow vehicle broke down, and Val went above and beyond to accommodate me. Despite the parking spot I was in was not designed for long-term stays, they kindly allowed me and my family to settle into a cozy spot. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was inviting and peaceful. The facilities are top-notch, clean, and well-maintained. This isn't just a place to park your RV; it's a community fostered by the genuine warmth and hospitality. Val and Pat are more than just great hosts; they're fantastic people who take the well-being of their guests to heart. They were attentive to our needs and made us feel like part of their extended family. If you're looking for a home away from home, don't hesitate to stay here. This RV park is more than just a stop on the road; it's a haven of kindness and a testament to exceptional service. Oh and prices are more than reasonable 🙂

Access to the park was easy off of I 15. It is far enough from the Interstate that you do not hear it’s traffic. Pavement ends at the park entrance. Check in was quick, friendly and efficient. The interior roads are rocky dirt. I would not call them graveled. They are big rig friendly though. Our site, 64. was a flat, level pull through that was plenty long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (power and water) were conveniently placed on the left side mid site. So far, that is about it for the good. Sadly this park is only good enough for a badly needed overnighter. There has been no attempt to beautify this place at all. We were here ten years ago and nothing has changed (except we did not have the use of a table this time. The last time we had “half” of a table). There are many permanents here and it would not surprise me if they were the same ones as ten years ago. The place still looks trashy. We did not check the bathrooms or showers. We did not venture out at all. We used the place to rest and relax after a very windy drive from Mesquite. Even though this place is a poor example of an RV park, we would stay here again. It works as a reasonably priced overnighter. We paid $25.00 with a Good Sam discount and feel we received fair value. We camped at Jones High Country RV in a Motorhome.

Great RV camp! 30$ RV spot a night with full hookups. They have clean bathrooms and showers. They offer a laundry room and vending machine. Definitely recommend this place.

Called 8 times and no answer, but a voice mailbox that stated they have plenty availability and no need to have reservations due to it not being their busy season. I finally left a message because I was worried they wouldn’t have any availability and I wanted to give them a heads up we were coming due to us traveling with a total of 3 campers. Never heard back. Upon arriving, I was met with a woman in the office. I nicely asked her if they had any open spots. She proceeded to laugh and belittle me for even asking such a question. Then asks if I’m the one who called about the 3 campers. I said yes. Then the conversation goes as follows: Woman: “I called you back, didn’t you get my message?” Me: “No ma’am, I never received a call.” Woman: “Yes, you did get my call, you just never answered it or your messages.” Me: “I’m sorry, but I never did get a call or a message. If you are full we will keep moving down the road.” Woman: “good luck finding anything this late (3:30pm), everywhere is booked” We found 3 pull through, full hookup spots no problem at RV Rolling on Home 2 miles down the road. I have never left a review this terrible in my life. Probably the worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my 34 years. The woman I spoke with was extremely rude and I would not recommend this place to anyone if she is the one running this operation. I refuse to give any business my money than can’t show a little respect to their customers. This was our first stop in Utah and it has gave me a terrible first impression. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would.
