Our experience at Jones Station RV Park was extremely disappointing and frankly, unacceptable. The park offers no amenities whatsoever, and what it lacks in comfort, it more than makes up for in inconsistency, favoritism, and poor management. There is an obvious double standard in how rules are enforced. Long-term and older residents are allowed to do as they please — dogs off leash, personal bird feeders, overflow parking, and even private fences — while newer or younger guests are immediately targeted for the exact same things. We were told to remove our bird feeder, keep our dogs leashed at all times, and not use gravel parking areas, all while the on-site “manager,” Dave, and several others openly ignored these same rules. The management’s behavior is unprofessional and biased, enabling a culture of selective enforcement that makes guests feel unwelcome and singled out. Despite keeping to ourselves, we were labeled as “rude” and even accused of “trying to take over the park” simply because we walked our dogs around the property. It’s clear that Jones Station RV Park caters only to its long-time, elderly residents and has no interest in providing a fair or inclusive environment for anyone else. If you value professionalism, consistency, or basic respect, do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. This park is a textbook example of discrimination and mismanagement Unless you’re looking to retire, gossip, and enforce rules that don’t apply to you — you’ll probably want to camp somewhere else. And before management attempts to deny or rebut this review, I have photo evidence documenting these issues — including the very same violations being allowed for others that we were penalized for.

At first glance, Jones Station RV Park feels like a hidden gem. The grounds are clean, quiet and well-maintained, but offer little amenities for the price. When we arrived in June, Ms. K, the owner helped us find our site and we looked forward to our long-term stay. Unfortunately, our experience changed after our interactions began on day two with the on-site manager. What initially felt like a friendly RV community quickly took on a more restrictive and unwelcoming tone. Parking: We were thankful to have a spot but unfortunately our first spot was unlevel and far too small for our rig. Because of this, we could only fit one car (based on their strict site parking rules), even though most sites could fit two. While the park only guarantees one parking space per site, we initially parked in another open area, not realizing it wasn’t for overflow. After about a month, we were told to move and informed that overflow parking was along the tree line — where falling branches, leaves, and muddy ground would damage our cars. Since we were moving to a new site in just a couple of weeks that would fit both cars, we asked if we could pay a prorated fee to stay put temporarily. The manager wasn’t willing to help or offer any flexibility, considering we were the only residents in this predicament. Pet Rules: We always kept our dog leashed, except when we took her to the large open field to play fetch, an area where no one else was around and far from any residents' camp sites. After several weeks, this suddenly became an issue, even though other residents seemed to be held to different standards and were allowed to have their pet unleashed at their site. Bird Feeder and Fence Policies: We hung a small bird feeder, not realizing it was against the park’s rules since the manager had one in his yard as well. When this was pointed out, we promptly removed it. Similarly, we had placed a small fence around our camper to allow our pet to walk when we were outside, as others do in the campground. Again, we were asked to remove ours due to “maintenance reasons”, though that area was never mowed afterward and this broke no rules in the book. Over time, it became clear that the problem wasn’t the rules, it was how they were enforced. Some residents and staff seemed more interested in policing others than fostering a welcoming community. By the end of our stay, we felt singled out and unwelcome. That said, if you’re staying for a short visit, Jones Station RV Park could be a nice choice…but think twice for long term stays. I am sure they will type a rebuttal to this review, but I have photo evidence of each of these experiences. We have found a new place and are happy, just would not recommend staying here long term.

Beautiful RV sites with plenty of gravel, lovely landscaping, and more than adequate water pressure. Easy access from freeway, and 15 minutes from downtown Graham. Kind staff. Highly recommended.

This TV campground is clean, tidy, and has multiple beautiful little garden plots throughout the park. Very pretty place . It is dog friendly but there are restrictions on certain breeds. There is no campground store. There is a tidy little playground, a covered small pavilion, and a large open grassy area. The dumpster is very far from most campsites so we are carrying our trash. However, you can drive past the dumpster on your way out the long way. Our site was quite level, a gravel pull through perfect for our overnight stay We will return here.

3 night stay. Found it odd there was no online reservation option, but whatever. They like phone calls, and are quick to return them if missed. Arrived late in the afternoon to check in, office door was locked with a sign it stays locked for their safety(!!) Lady came out immediately, verified we had our check in info, and politely retreated back inside. I think the office is also their home. The place is immaculately maintained. Seasonal campers all keep to themselves, and after dark, the place looks deserted. No lights, no campfires, no cooking, no socializing. Pull thru sites are HUGE!! I could've fit two Class A units in our site. Water pressure good, no need to regulate. Electrical was adequate Wifi was weak. We ended up hotspotting off our phone to watch TV at night. Aside from the locked bath house that's coded to enter, there are ZERO amenities here. No "store", no pool, just a bath house, a pavilion, and a small playground. If you need something, it's a few miles back to town. The one dumpster is at the back of the property, next to what appears to be an on-site rv repair business. All in all, I'd stay here again. It just appears the older couple who own this place only do what they can manage themselves. It explains lack of amenities. I don't think it's a place to keep your kids entertained, but clean, safe, and convenient.

We stayed 2 nights. This beautiful place is of the beaten path but close to everything. Very clean, quiet, peaceful, and well designed.

We just stayed 4 days in SC at Jones Station & it was the most beautiful campground ever!! It was perfectly landscaped at every site, shaded with plenty of space & even had lightening bugs for entertainment! Loved it!

I was in site 24 and was never able to auto level my motorhome. I repositioned 3 times with no luck so finally had to level manually. Trash dump was a pretty good distance from our site. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Price was not bad. WiFi was spotty even when using our own hotspot.

Stayed one night as a stopover on a longer trip. Check In was easy, paperwork was in a box outside the office when I arrived, but as I was retrieving it, a gentleman came out to give me specific directions to my site. Had a long, pull through site which was perfect, as we didn't have to unhook our Toad. Bathhouse and showers were very clean.

One of the nicest campgrounds me and my kids have even been to. We only stayed one night this time, but will be back for a longer stay very soon. Bathrooms were spotless and the landscaping all around the campground was immaculate! My 4 and 6 year old boys enjoyed the playground and I enjoyed the easy set up :) Flat pull through spots make setting up quick and easy. New gravel throughout.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 months over the summer. Its very quiet, they have a great bath house that stays nice and clean. The wifi was great we had no issues. Sites are nice and level. They have a little play ground for the kids. It's in a great location far enough away from the city to be quite but close enough to get anything you need within a few minutes.

This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Seems like a family-run business and professionally done at that. The spaces were well sized and you actually had some breathing room between you and your neighbors. There are a lot of long-term stays mixed in. They did only have one bath house but it was plenty big and very modern. There was no store, but then we didn't go there looking for a store. What it was was peaceful and quiet and wonderful. We would absolutely go here again absolutely. And the space was close to level. Very neat, very clean, no debris anywhere.three thumbs up!!

Very nice . Needs more lighting at night. Could also add pool. Very nice for larger rigs.
