Relaxation is required at our small, family friendly, boutique campground located directly on the banks of the Nolichucky River. If you're looking for excitement you can explore Tennessee's oldest established town and the home of the International Storytelling Center, enjoy family entertainment at Wetlands Water Park, or Bright's Zoo. Take advantage of the gorgeous Cherokee National Forest with hiking galore, or relax and enjoy the Nolichucky River at your campsite. New for 2022- sluice for treasures in our gem mine or upgrade your vacation by staying in one of our premium deluxe patio sites. Make a memorable experience by glamping in our rare 1949 vintage camper, caboose rooms, or deluxe cabin with room for the whole family. We are in close proximity to Erwin, Johnson City, ETSU, and a short 50 minutes to Asheville, NC.

From the friendly staff to the clean bathhouse this place is amazing. Located on the Nolichucky River with riverside RV spots, a few level tent sites and lodging, accommodating every type of camper. A nice play area for the kids is in the middle and a pond for fishing, as well. A nice place to get away from it all for a few nights. Will visit again!

Unfortunately they don't offer extended stays over 2 weeks. BEAUTIFULLY situated kampground on the Nolichucky River.

Lovely Campground! Host & Owners were amazing! We stayed in the “Caboose”. It’s a replica, not a real caboose, but it was still an amazing stay. The fire pit was the best under the stars. The access to Nolichuckey River was divine! Great stay!

Lovely campground! Flowing Nolichucky River just behind us! Nice wide/long spaces. Plenty of room for 24ft Class C and car. Bathrooms spotless and very well equipped! Playground for kids. Will definitely stay here again! (We’ve already booked)
