Campground was in great shape. Power and water were available. They had pit toilets and they were clean. It was a little confusing as to how much the site cost, and I over paid... I recommend this Campground if you are in the area

Nestled on a reservoir, this beautiful campground is surrounded by looming jagged mountains to the northeast and rolling foothills to the southwest. I enjoyed viewing wildlife everyday including ospreys, chipmunks, cotton tails and many other birds. It’s mostly quiet during the evening. The price is right - $12 with senior pass for er night. Electricity and water included. Each space includes a BBQ, fire pit and covered picnic table.

This place has some absolutely beautiful views! If you like water activities, i.e., fishing, boating, swimming, paddle boarding, etc, then you will love this place. James was an amazing host! Very friendly and helped in any way he could. It was very much appreciated. They have restrooms but no showers, a dump station, and a boat ramp on site. Sites were pretty level. Water and electricity hookup. Also, lots of hiking trails found on All trails app

It's all right. We wanted to do some fishing. But apparently it's better with a boat. No good spots near the shore that I could find. It is beautiful.

This was a beautiful ending to a gorgeous day. Sunset was memorable. Throughout the night distant lightning was visible in the mountains. The early morning waning moon that we had at the time, before the sunrise lit up the scenery like magic when we awoke. This is a great option of camp ground if you're driving through. There are not many tent sites though we were the only ones using a tent site on a week day night in September. The tent campsites have covered tables and a grill and a fire pit with grill. Primitive bathrooms. We were very happy to stay the night here.

Great views. Terrific spot and reasonable fees. Lake views of Mackey Reservoir to the west and Lost River Range on the east. Watch for people with drones who don't care about other camper's privacy. Generally quiet and clean.

Nice people in the town of McKay Idaho. The campgrounds themselves are nice although very limited on spots. I'm only giving 3 *** b cause the camp host's are very terrible.

Love this campground. Clean, spacious, beautiful views. Stayed May 5 -10. Still no water or trash service. Camp host a grumpy old bear. Campground almost empty so was running my dog off leash. He yelled at me and said there were too many dogs! Not true. Camp hosts are not supposed to police. They are there To serve.

Awesome campground. Great hiking trails, well maintained, clean restrooms, electric and water hook -ups at a very reasonable price. Definitely would stay here again.

very nice campground. all paved roads and sites. each site has picnic table, fire pit, raised tent site, power and water. has outhouses and garbage bins. boat launch right in campground. sani dump on the road out. campground is with in a few miles of hundreds of miles of off road riding. lake is stocked. beautiful views surround the campground
