A bit farther up north, but this is definitely one of my favorite trails along the north shore. There are plenty of state park parking spaces. I enjoyed both of the waterfalls and elevated scenic views. There are some stairs that goes down to the falls, but don't be intimated by them going back up. 😅

One of my favorite parks and worth every step to see Devil's Kettle. I make sure to make time if I'm this far north, to stop in and enjoy the uniqueness of this park.

A well maintained park with beautiful hiking trails, gorgeous waterfalls, and trout fishing. The park itself is about 15 minutes north of Grand Marais, which make it fantastic for a little outting. Trails were well maintained, straightforward, and pretty accessible.

Walked the Devil's Kettle(those stairs!)and partof the Superior Hiking Trail. Several other trails in the park as well. Some breathtaking views. Highly recommend spending a day or 2 here if you get the chance

This is an underrated park! There's quite a few stairs (maybe around 200?) to get to the falls, but the trails are well maintained. This is also a great place to camp! The sites are spacious and spread out, and the bathroom facilities are well kept. There's dumpsters and recycling not too far away from any of the sites. Here are pictures from sites 20 and 21!
