Stayed 1 1/2 years. Rates went up 5 times during our stay. They started letting in junk trailers. Infested with doves. Only thing I miss are the bunnies and baby quail. Although the Owners were super nice.

Stayed at the Diamond J RV park this summer. Enjoy the different trails. The owners are hard working, and will out their way their guests happy. The RV park is a great location with beautiful sceneries. Read some previous reviews. Some customers are mean trying ruined the park reputation. I think that park is great personally.

Stayed here for 3 months as a travel nurse, although it is a bit of a drive into the local hospitals it was a fantastic RV park. There is lots of room between sites, people are nice, plenty of clean washers and dryers to use. Easy accessibility to hiking in the Sonoran desert and it stayed quiet. Would definitely stay here again! EDIT 4/20/2025: We stayed here for a second winter season and had a less than great experience, the price online that we expected was $798 which was what we paid last year. This year when we pulled in, the sewer hookup was broken and we spoke to the owner Nikki about this, she had someone come out and fix it same day (great!). Unfortunately a week after that she stated that all the sudden we owed $60 more per month because we were over 34ft. We had paid all 3 months we planned on staying in advance, but she called us multiple times regarding owing $60 extra/month because of our RV length. This was frustrating and it felt like they just wanted reimbursement for fixing the sewer hookup. Still had great accessibility to hiking, clean washers/dryers, and good room between sites.

Our friends left their travel trailer there to be safe, while they were on a short trip. When they returned, their trailer was gone and the owners suddenly didn’t speak English and didn’t remember their trailer being there. It was an inside job. Beware of staying there.

Just learned of a sweet older couple whose RV was recently STOLEN from this park. They made arrangements with the owners to store their RV, that had ALL of their things inside, then went on a trip. They returned to find their RV GONE from its space. The Park owners denied that they had a reservation, they denied knowing them, and they did not support them at all. Fortunately, this couple had enough information, photos, and insurance, along with other good people, who assisted them. If it happened to this sweet couple, it can happen to you.
