Our 2nd stay here in last 4 yrs or so... Fortunately 2nd stay also deserves the same 5 star rating as the first time. This campground has everything most are seeking... great rate for FHUs, clean/tidy, amazing showers and laundry... beautiful views and quiet. And if you have Passport America it's only $17/nt! Read the reviews... you won't be disappointed.

Been traveling the NW all summer, on our way home to Arizona and found this RV Park on Passport America, $17.50 per night, 3 nights max at this rate. This is one of the nicest RV parks we've stayed at, and we've stayed at many over the past 4 months. Pros: Large, pull through sites, graveled and clean. The whole facility looks fairly new, spotlessly clean everywhere. Mary, the Hostess was friendly and helpful. The clubhouse is beautiful, there's a kitchen area, TV, bookshelf, free coffee, 4 beautifully tiled, roomy, private shower rooms, separate toilets, laundry room, covered patio with many tables. There's a tribal gym just down the road, free to Park guests. Good WiFi. Awesome scenic area. Cons: The nearest town for groceries, restaurants is Fredonia, AZ, which is about 13 miles. Kanab, Utah is a few miles further. There's a well stocked convenience store/gas station 1/4 mile away, but no produce. There's also no cell service at the gas station, although it came in fine everywhere nearby and the park WiFi is good. It's got few trees, pretty small, so no shaded spots, I imagine it's hot here in the summer. There's a grassy tent area.

Wow! What a gem of a place! We camped out for a night and couldn't believe how nice this place was! There is a huge patio with tables and chairs, a common room with a living room and a kitchen that you can use while the office is open, and they truly have the best showers I've ever seen at a campground. The place is immaculate and beautiful. Jasmine, in the office, was so friendly and welcoming too. We felt at home the whole time we were there. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Excellent and hospitable stay at the Kaibab Paiute campground. They will take care of you during your visit. Clean bathrooms, showers, laundry rooms and a beautiful clubhouse with a kitchen with community events. Perfect for a night or two in close proximity to sightseeing. Please consider staying here!

We stayed in site #E5 and it was fantastic. The price was an absolute steal at only $87.50 for the week. Holy smokes what a deal! Our full hookup pull-through site was gravel and mostly level. Lots of space between sites. Beautiful 360 degree views of the surrounding cliffs. The electrical post appeared to be almost new and it had 30 and 50 amp plugs plus two 110 volt outlets. Very cool! On the downside, there was zero cell service for both AT&T and Verizon. Free wifi worked at the site but it was average at best. Not good enough for streaming but ok for checking email. Very clean private showers. Restrooms are not private but they were also clean. Didn't use the laundry room but the machines appeared to be in good condition. There is a wonderful walking/jogging trail that parallels the road. DVDs and books available in the office. Pipe Spring National Monument is within walking distance and it is definitely worth a visit. Chevron gas station down the street has more than enough space for RVs to fill up at the pumps. Kanab, Utah is also gorgeous and it's only about 20 minutes away. Overall we loved this place and would definitely stay here again.

Little to no cell service but the WiFi worked for streaming videos and allowed me to make calls and place texts. Large grassy area for pets, and nice laundry set up $1.75 per cycle. The best rates around the area and is centrally located from the different national parks.

Clean park with friendly staff. Their prices were very reasonable, especially if you have Passport America. We stayed for a week while exploring the canyons. Great experience.

If you are looking for a campsite to disconnect from your busy day to day life this is it! The view is Amazing, the campsite is quiet and inviting. The bathrooms and shower were extremely clean. Cell phone, and wifi reception are zero to none so be ready to truly enjoy the outdoors.

Best deal around. Full hookups in a good Sam park. Very quiet on paiute indion land south of Zion znational park. $25/day with a good Sam discount. Sadly no pool or sauna but beautiful scenery and extremely quiet. Intend to return on my next jaunt around the area.
