Been traveling the NW all summer, on our way home to Arizona and found this RV Park on Passport America, $17.50 per night, 3 nights max at this rate. This is one of the nicest RV parks we've stayed at, and we've stayed at many over the past 4 months. Pros: Large, pull through sites, graveled and clean. The whole facility looks fairly new, spotlessly clean everywhere. Mary, the Hostess was friendly and helpful. The clubhouse is beautiful, there's a kitchen area, TV, bookshelf, free coffee, 4 beautifully tiled, roomy, private shower rooms, separate toilets, laundry room, covered patio with many tables. There's a tribal gym just down the road, free to Park guests. Good WiFi. Awesome scenic area. Cons: The nearest town for groceries, restaurants is Fredonia, AZ, which is about 13 miles. Kanab, Utah is a few miles further. There's a well stocked convenience store/gas station 1/4 mile away, but no produce. There's also no cell service at the gas station, although it came in fine everywhere nearby and the park WiFi is good. It's got few trees, pretty small, so no shaded spots, I imagine it's hot here in the summer. There's a grassy tent area.

We stayed here for a night while traveling thru the area. It had everything we were needing. Laundry, super clean bathrooms and private showers. Easy to find our spot. You won’t regret coming here.

Wow! What a gem of a place! We camped out for a night and couldn't believe how nice this place was! There is a huge patio with tables and chairs, a common room with a living room and a kitchen that you can use while the office is open, and they truly have the best showers I've ever seen at a campground. The place is immaculate and beautiful. Jasmine, in the office, was so friendly and welcoming too. We felt at home the whole time we were there. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Exceptional value, very quiet, and friendly staff make this a really great place to stay as a tent camper or an RV-er. The amenities including the HOT SHOWERS and temp-controlled bathroom + laundry and a little off leash area for dogs just hits the sweet spot for getting value for your dollar. Currently 15 a night for camping and 30 for RVs. No issues whatsoever and we will be back on our next road trip. Great views of the Kaibab plateau and the Zion-esque sculpted cliffs from the park. Grateful for the Kaibab Paiute tribe for building a nice business on their lands.

Excellent and hospitable stay at the Kaibab Paiute campground. They will take care of you during your visit. Clean bathrooms, showers, laundry rooms and a beautiful clubhouse with a kitchen with community events. Perfect for a night or two in close proximity to sightseeing. Please consider staying here!

This campground is a terrific bargain. It's $25 per night and there's a discount with Good Sam or AAA. All sites are pull-thru except for tent camping. Electric (30 and 50 amp), water, and sewer are included. Nice walking trail and Pipe Spring National Monument just a few tenths of a mile.

This place was fantastic! I stayed for 3 weeks and had new things to do every day. With only a few days of not going anywhere, I still had plenty to do with my dog in the new larger dog park. Where we played and trained, then played some more, as other dogs were brought into the mix. I also can't say enough about the staff. So kind and inviting. It was like hanging out amongst family. While there, I was able to partake in 2 dinners hosted by the staff & improved on by guests, who brought their own creations. On good Friday, some awesome guests also brought BINGO & prizes. Not to mention a lot of incredible food that I had never tried before. Lastly, the prices per night are the best I've seen. If you're well off, on a budget, or pulling an older rig, that other parks turn down. The Kaibab Paiute RV resort will accept everyone. Also available: fresh farm eggs, full hookups (15, 30 & 50 amp), private clean hot showers, laundry machines & more smiles. I highly recommend this place to anyone passing through or needing a little R&R time.

We really enjoyed this campground. Level, full hook up sites with 30/50 amp. The staff, especially Jessica are so nice and welcoming. We were there during the month of October. She organized a trick or treat for the kids in the campground and neighborhood children then put together a nice gathering afterwards up at the club house. She's a gem. The clubhouse is a nice place to gather with a drink or cup of coffee or tea. The showers and laundry are so clean. The lounge area outside under the pavilion has propane fire pits (they do need upgrading) but that didn't take away from the peacefulness and beauty that surrounds the campground. With Zion, Grand Canyon, North Rim, Coral Pink Sand Dunes and Water Canyon Trail all within a hour drive this campground is the best to go back and relax in peace. Thank you Jessica for a wonderful time.

One of my favorites. Really pleasant and quiet, near Pipe Springs National monument which is very well done and has 2 great longhorns, up close!

Nice park, clean, good people, great clubhouse and laundry room. Very low cost even without Passport America. The only downside is no phone service, no data on phone and no antenna service

Nice staff, newer park. Very clean. Would give 5 stars but no shade and no sprint/t-mobile signal at all. Good free wifi. Passport America and Good Sam Park. Reasonable prices. All sites full hookup pull thru 65' long.
