The staff is awesome. Very quiet place with good people. They sell a few rv necessities in the office, along with bagged ice. Clean restroom, recreation room, showers. Hot water comes and goes the whole time you shower, though. I stayed here for 3 months with 0 issues but the internet they provide doesn't work. My AT&T phone service didn't work here. The pool seems to be closed more often than it is open. Laundry facilities are so very, very inadequate. With me living alone, I normally wash half of a normal load but they came out sopping wet and soapy the few times I used the washers so I started washing elsewhere.

B52 Review - Inaccurately posted Visiting the area and it was a Wednesday night, so MUCH fun. They were playing beginning music bingo. Service is impeccable. We had two beers - #15 and I had #16 which was a fruity mix. I loved it. The outdoors is inviting with lights, fire pits, picnic tables and the place is set back off the major thoroughfare. Festive and fun. Next time, we will order the pizza. My friend said it is really good.

No online booking. Should have been my first clue. Wednesday October 9th, 2:51 PM, called to make 3 day reservation arriving on Friday, was interrogated on the phone and told I need to send pictures of my camper because it is more than 10 years old. I can understand that. Person on the phone rambled on and on about the needing the picture so much I had to cut her off to ask where to send it. Got home that evening at 5:50 to take pictures, called at 5:59, who would have guessed.. no answer. 7:04… still no answer. Thursday, no answer. Friday, no answer. Maybe they didn’t like my camper? Maybe their phone stopped working lol It’s all good though as I type this one star review from the comfortable, conveniently located, personally 5 star rated Aggieland RV park that I made reservations and paid for online, without a rambling interrogation, without hassle and I don’t care if their phone works…

We were there for a month and moved to a nicer spot. Pros: Pool area was clean and mail service is a plus. Cons: Park rules aren’t upheld by owners. For example, the trailer across from us had a dog outside 24/7 in its kennel which is explicitly against the rules. Sites are tight with little space between the next camper. Cable is “included” but we never got it to work and that’s with both testing wiring and hooking cable up through the door. Talked to neighbors and they all had the same issue with this, however front office says nobody has complained about it. Probably 90% of the guests are very obvious full-timers with the way they’ve built up their sites. A bit junky. Washers and dryers don’t work well and eat your quarters.
