If I could give this place a "No Stars", I would. It is a dumpster fire of a location. 30+ miles down 50 east, is a much more pleasant place to stop. Power, water, but no dump. Beymer park.

This park is not fancy but this is just what we needed. The owner is very nice and prices are super reasonable. Perfect for a two night stay.

I guess ok for a night stop but broken glass all over the place. Guy just pulls up to collect cash. Keep going if you can.

Dirty, cigarette butts everywhere. Was dark when we pulled in, left 1st thing in morning. Cheap $20 cash. Sewer, water, electric. Would not stay here again.

Very basic which was all we needed, a place to park and plug in. It's an agricultural community and you will be aware of the sights, sounds and smells. All the town folks we encountered were very nice.
